Okay, so a lot of people don't like Johnny Fairplay. But you have to admit, he's made the show interesting. Besides, it's been six seasons already and I have yet to see any money from the winners, so I'll be satisfied with just being entertained. So I give you this song parody in honor of maybe the most hated player to play Survivor... yet.Safe For This Day (To Sinatra’s My Way)
And so, our time is near,
And we approach the final showing
The vote is so unclear
But Snewser seems to know who’s going.
A group that’s full of bull,
To screw their mates on every Thursday.
But Jon knows, he knows this much,
He’s safe for this day.
Regrets, he knows them not.
But Johnny has no sense of conscience.
He does what other’s won’t.
But can he keep up all this nonsense?
He’s planned each little scheme;
His latest lie revealed on Thursday.
But Jon knows, he knows this much,
He’s safe for this day.
But there were times, the others knew
When Jon spoke things that were not true.
But through it all, when they had doubt
He faked a left, another lie sprout
He’s faced it all, without a fall.
He’s safe for this day.
He’s joked, he’s laughed and lied.
He’s taken all of Sand’s abusing.
And now with this week’s tide,
He finds it all so amusing.
To say he did all that,
And might I say – not in a shy way.
No, he just won’t go.
He’s safe for this day.
For what is a snake, what will he do?
To top this lie, avoid the voodoo.
To face the tribe who he has screwed
To not get votes and jury pooled.
The season shows that Johnny blows
He’s safe for this day.
