Since Tara doesn't get a roommate the first week, they can't vote her out since they can't get voted out before they've roomed with someone. She'll get to pick which couple of the week she breaks up, and then the one girl would have to pick a different guy (and duplicate one of the others' choice). Sorry about that, folks. I personally think they will target AMANDA. It has been nagging at me that they brought Amanda's BF into the show, who was asking her to leave with him. Why did they do this? Maybe they were trying to get the other guys upset? Hell's bells, they've already had enough fights and fireworks over this girl that even makes Toni look attractive (sorry, shakes). They clearly didn't have much emotion over Amanda and her BF, or that she stayed or went. Were the producers trying to get Amanda to leave? Are they now having the new girl (Tara?) be alone so that she can't leave, in order to force out a "veteran" girl, with the hope that it will be Amanda?!?! After all, Dave made the smart play by picking her, and no other guy apparently even considered her. Just some thoughts.... Contradictions don't exist. My guess is that the BF called the show and asked to go on to rescue his beloved Amanda...and the producers thought this would be some great drama and went for it. However, by allowing this, the producers have essentially signed Amanda's death warrant. She's gone at the next vote, no doubt about it. First of all, she alienated her from everyone when the BF was there. More importantly, by seeing her with her BF, now the others know that she isn't single so why would any of the guys want her there anyway???? Hell, even Toni is more available than Amanda...provided of course you've taken your anti-nausea medication and gouged out your own eyes for good measure.   Top

From what I can tell (based on the 1000's of hits the image gallary is getting) -- *WE'RE* the source of this rumor (unintentionally.) Basically way back when, I posted all the Paradise Hotel press release pcitures in our image gallery. Included among the headshots of the actual hotel guests and some candid activity shots were (I didn't even notice at the time) apparently three older PR photos featuring some models that were used to initially promote the program before the cast was selected. So far, no problem... except now one of "models" has mysteriously turned out to be the new girl Tara who just got into the show and now the Internet full of these rumors that everyone but Tara is getting replaced and pointing to the image gallary photos as evidence. Interestingly, I was checking last night, and in the past few days FOX has just happened to have removed the model photos from their media relations website (so clearly someone noticed.) -SB   Top

"RE: Any Bets" On a much earlier show, Hostess Amanda said that anyone not having had a roommate cannot be forced to leave. So Charla got to pick a roommate and no one else was allowed to pick that guy. In this case, Tara will come in and get the "black" bedroom to herself. At "vote" time, she'll get to pick a guy, and no one else can pick that guy. This will force a situation where one of the other guys WILL have two girls (or more) pick him. And it will boil down to a guy having to choose between two girls, and the loser goes home. So, if Tara does pick Dave (and let's just speculate that the producers will *nudge nudge* suggest that she does), then Amanda will have to choose another guy, and just about all the guys right now would choose the other woman (whoever she may be) and not Amanda. It looks like Charla and Tara might hang together with Amanda; but they'll need a guy on their team. After tonight, I don't know if they'll want to get anywhere near Dave. But I wouldn't count Amanda out yet. Toni's coming unglued (seems like a rerun) and Zack might leave to go see his shrink. Ya never know!   Top
