I agree, I never eat at McDonalds. I even went on the McDonalds website and found nothing. So I guess we may never know.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. Now, maybe it is because I'm Canadian, but I also work at McDonald's and usually whenever there is a new promotion or product, we are aware of it a week to a month ahead of everybody else. For example, the My Little Pony is the girl Happy Meal toy now, and it started at the end of January, and I knew about it at the end of December.
And maybe it is a Canadian thing, but the McDeal has been around for a while (at least as long as I've been working at McDonald's).

Three is the perfect number.
