Hell I'm black and I even thought Omarosa was cheap to pull the race card. I hardly thing a woman of her experience has never heard that expression before. Quite tasteless IMO.

It was so unbelievable! Omarosa is so arrogant! I think she will grasp at anything that Ereka says and start an argument. Maybe she's still mad they didn't accept her "Donald's Darlings" suggestion for a corporation name. With an idea like that, I'm surprised she was upset at last night's ad campaign.

Oh, Silvergirl, that was my exact reaction! This bimbo who came up with the most retro corporate name possible is offended by an ad campaign (admittedly unsubtle) that panders to powerful men's most fond self-delusions? And she worked with politicians? Cut me a break! This is a woman whose idea of proper business attire is a shirt cut down to her navel and a skirt that shows her a$$ and she's going to be offended? To quote Charlie Brown, aaaarrrrgggghhhh! I simply won't even address the racism issue except to say to Omarosa....right back at ya, girl!

I can't wait for the women to lose one week so we can watch Omarosa in action in Trump's office.

...and even more importantly, like sbeck said, it devalues legitimate claims of racism at work. If you have too many people claiming racial slurs when they don't really exist, pretty soon no one will take you seriously.

LAST EDITED ON 01-20-04 AT 03:29 PM (EST)I am flummoxed and incensed with Omarosa’s exploitation of the race card. Since when is, “That’s calling the kettle black” a racial slur? It demonstrates just how ignorant, arrogant, and overwrought Omarosa really is. It’s okay to agree to disagree. With that said, when you have two “A” type personalities; such as, Ereka and Omarosa, it’s hard to share your ideas let alone communicate effectively with each other let alone the team. This in effect, affects the rest of the team. Professionalism! Ha. These two women demonstrated poor leadership skills in my opinion. They lacked the gift for ratiocination on national T.V. Ereka and Omarosa should be ashamed of themselves; albeit more so for Omarosa. If this is how Omarosa attempts to undermine the integrity of the game, I have two words for her: repugnant and distasteful. The theory “to win at all costs” and/or “whatever it takes,” doesn’t include the race card. It may have worked in her favor in the past, but reality T.V. doesn’t work that way. Now we know what kind of woman Omarosa really is. She is a bigoted and discriminatory black woman whose only means of success is to use the race card when she’s under pressure and/or doesn’t get her way. I see right through you. I hope the rest of America does too. Note to Ereka: Don’t let her get to you. Ignore her and be a better business woman. You’re sharp, aesthetically pleasing on the eyes (coming from a gay man), and you possess the tenacity to win. After Omarosa’s misuse of the race card, “Would you want to hire her for your company?” I think not. She’s more of a liability and would use the race card on a plethora of reasons from not getting a raise to being demoted regardless of it being based on merit, education, experience, et al.

A very inappropriate reply from Omarosa has now isolated her even further from the rest of her team. She will surely be picked as the first one to go from her team if they don't win the next business challenge. On the other hand, the conflict between her and Ereka makes for good reality tv ratings and MB may be counting on that to keep the show on top of the ratings. Maybe they won't fire Omarosa afterall, but MB may keep her around to add more fire and ice on the shows to come? Just by suggesting that old saying was racist shows Omarosa's true colors. (ohh, sorry that was not meant to be racist either.)

To me ... it totally showed Omarosa's stupidity.. or truly lack of common sense. I mean who hasn't heard the remark before... It just goes to show that she is and has played the race card to the max. I can't stand her. There aren't many of the girls I do have any respect for to be honest.

You don't respect most of "the girls"? Shocking.I thought they were very responsible while they were flirting with the Hard Rock customers and pushing the booze. I bet Leona Helmsley and Martha Stewart wish they had shown more cleavage and sold more shots when they were starting out. *not that there is anything wrong with cleavage. I? am a big fan.* Coffee - The 9th Wonder of the World
