I believe this would favour someone who is quick, someone having the ability to make several runs in a minimum of time to scoop up the materials needed to start the fire. This would IMHO favour someone like Frank, Ethan or Lex more than anyone else. Of course, someone can just get lucky with the magnifying glass...
I'm trying to see how this would fit in with the "rumour" that Ethan lets Lex win immunity to save him from a potential boot?
