I'm amazed that by the end of the interviewing process every year, when it gets down to just a few and especially the last two, that they are always both good candidates. All of the "Loser" manipulators, whiners, dillusional and anti-team self-centered contestants have been exposed and weeded out, and the strong contestants who have played the game competitively but with integrity are still there at the very end. Of course there are some that have been "Fired" because of a big mistake, etc. who are still good and honest competitors. They do not fall into the category of "Losers" as I've described above. Sometimes when I see one of these "Losers" hang in there from week to week, I get terrified...and angry! But there are always good candidates at the very end, which says to me that this process works.
