First of all, since you just posted the first one a half hour before this message, there's a chance that there weren't any posters on the forum to respond. Other reasons you may not have received responses: - The topics you've mentioned are being discussed on other threads. If you scan through the subject lines on the first few pages of the forum, you'll probably find existing discussions with the answers you're looking for. - Maybe the posters who are checking out the forums don't have answers for you. I'm locking this topic. We have a threaded community here, which means that discussions are usually consolidated into threads instead of strung out over multiple threads going over the same information. This keeps our posters from repeating themselves, as well as providing easier access to a variety of discussions, since threads aren't being forced off the early pages by duplicate questions.   Top
