According to mj's big blog the latest Simon Cowell quote may indicate that Taylor is in the lead (votes).Simon is sticking by his previous prediction of "Kelly, Taylor and Chris," but he has a "horrible feeling the public is going to vote for Taylor" Go Taylor! SOUL PATROL!!! geekboy

Taylor is not going to win .He is too old to win. he is not marketable.Chris has a better chance. He is oozing with sex appeal and is very talented. Same with Katherine.
I think it is between Katherine and Chris. I would love for paris to win but no one needs another fantasia. Kelly is a no no. You can't be an American Idol and be out of tune with every other song.

Taylor - 29 He's not too old. And he's single (as far as we know), rather than married with children -- a "younger" image. But more importantly, he is VERY marketable, because he is unique. Chris may be "different" on AI, but he is certainly not unique in the music world. (If anyone's interested: Lisa-16, Paris-17, Kellie-19, Katherine-21, Mandisa-29)
