Thats easy. Adam appeared to have a bit of class about him and look at women in that situation from his perspective. Now we should be honest and agree that he probably wouldnt go for an absolute beast of a woman, but I have to believe he would look into a more emotional component vice a pure physical attraction. After all, the dude seems to have more money than he can spend and therefore can go out and buy any party favor he wants.

Adam seems to have a lot going on. Look how cool he played it at the end. Early on, Melana was just too cutesy pie for my tastes. I don't think she's real. A lot of women with average looks just like men can be pretty darn attractive. The problem with this show is that they had a lot of men below the bar and contrasted them with the stereotypical hunks. The only geek she got rid of none to soon was that creepy tattletale Brad. Somebody should have beat him up on the way out just for old times sake.

I doubt that anyone would choose "brains over beauty" in the strictest sense If there's no physical attraction whatsoever, I don't think intelligence would matter too much.However, I don't think there's anything inherently unattractive about being "average looking." By definition, doesn't being average mean that just about as many people would find you attractive as would not? So I think Adam would definitely choose an intelligent, successful average Jane (to whom he was attracted) over a gorgeous airhead anytime. Again, keep in mind that if there are 16 AJ's, 15 of them are going to do "the walk of shame." That doesn't necessarily mean any of them are not "good enough," but that of the choices, he would keep whoever he felt a better connection with. The same goes for Melena. She just made the choice most of us could see was wrong for her...
