But only if you've never seen them. This is a takeoff on the old joke about the 600-lb radio host with the whip-thin voice. (The first time I saw Howard Stern -- let's just say I was really wrong and leave it at that.) We all form mental images of the people we've been chatting with based on their words. These images are solid. Detailed. Occasionally have some basis in sigpics. And they are never, ever within so much as twenty percent of reality. But boy, are they ever solid. So if you have a strong picture of a Blowsian -- one that you've never seen any real image of -- describe it. If nothing else, it's usually good for a laugh (or screams of outrage) when the word picture gets viewed by the person it was meant to be painting. I, because I have no fear or breakfast, will go first. Devious Weasel: Late 30s, Caucasian (mostly English with touches of German and Scottish heritage), 5"11", 148 lbs. Light brown hair (mostly cut short, slightly longer in the back) starting to prematurely go gray-white. Salt-and-pepper mustache when he grows one, seldom tries out any form of beard. Hazel eyes, unusually bright. Thin lips, average chin, slightly arced eyebrows that give him a perpetual look of mild interest and/or surprise. Sharp, narrow nose. No glasses or contacts, but he's starting to need them and can be caught squinting occasionally, Very wiry build: tight, dense muscle groups, thin without being skinny. Unusually long fingers and toes on relatively small hands and feet, hands have several small old scars on the palms and fingertips. Loose, informal clothing tending towards chinos and T-shirts with the mandatory amount of red in-season. Doesn't tan: burns, so frequently wears caps and lots of sunblock. Sharp, low voice that bites off the ends of syllables and sends them running for medical attention: tries to moderate it by pacing out words. (Of course, this is completely wrong. They're all gonna be completely wrong. That's almost the point. )

LOL, that does kinda put me in mind of Tech, maybe it's just the coloring. I have a pic that ALWAYS makes me think Tech. I cant' get the though out of my head that Tech kind of 'blends in' during the day at work, but at night she is one hell of a Mistress.
Jet black hair....medium length, dark eyes, light skin, sexy as hell with a sassy attitude that she isn't afraid to share with others. Tech is 5' 4", early 40s. She has lush light brown hair which she wears in a classic but simple bob. I suspect she is covering up hints of early gray. She wears sensible clothes but her accessories are a bit more extravagent than her clothing. Really nice shoes that she kicks off for something more comfortable on a regular basis. Okay...thinking...I have had a mental image of IceCat that I know it totally wrong, but I can't shake it. Not sure where it came from, but here goes.
5'9", dark hair (not quite black but almost) - short hair...maybe a little spikey, but definitely short. Medium brown eyes, kinda round in shape (meaning not narrow), but not big or googly (hehe) - definitely small, kinda mysterious eyes.
The nose, I think, is fairly small and not particularly angular. Small bridge of the nose, too.
Small mouth (as in not a wide smile). No facial hair.

And I have dark hair and I'm not short (5'7" - which means I'm a giant in my family since they're all short...my mom and step-dad are both 5'3"...my mom, at 5'3", was the tallest woman in her entire family going WAY WAY back until I was born. My bio father is 6'2" and he is the second shortest male in his entire family going WAY WAY back...very funny.

Okay, this? is kinda fun. I do have pictures of people in my head and I have purposely never gone to the pictures so it doesn't ruin my illusions.
So...here's a few impressions:
JV - about 6', thin and wiry. Looks great in jeans and wears them often. Medium brown hair with a well-groomed beard and mustache. Cowboy boots for sure. Blue eyes.
Nailbone - about my age (40ish)with short dark hair. No facial hair. Not very tall, say around 5'9" or 10". Very clean cut. Kinda preppy in his dress.
Spidey - mid-30s, tall with medium long dark brown hair she wears pulled back. She has green eyes and a wide smile. Her wardrobe is very classic and professional. Under those classic and professional clothes, she is very voluptuous.
Fester - there's no way he's bald. He has loads of curly, honey colored hair. A bit bohemian in his style, but cleans up very nicely. He has golden brown eyes and no facial hair.
I have more, but I'd like some feedback on these first. And maybe some guesses about me. No one here has ever seen me, so that should be interesting.

Hair part you have right, only dark red ! Yes always have something in my hair! Constantly putting hair in scrunchie! Also constatnly twirling my hair, DD has picked up on this habit herself.

Skye is 5'5", has straight dark hair which is hard to take a curl to, She loves Renaissance fairs and all things nature. While not petite, she is not fat at all. She has brown eyes, doesn't wear or need make-up. She doesn't go for material things so has neither need nor desire for diamonds, tiaras, etc. She loves to cook and entertain and is a very good friend to those in her life. Holy Heck Skye, that is so not me, however I would not mind it being me, she's hot. The hair is close though, long straight layers, but dark, with highlights that are real from the sun. Gives it a light tint.
However you, since that hiphugger thread, I see you always in low riders, shorter maybe shoulder length dark hair, blue eyes, and medium olive skin. Very pretty, and sexy in a wicked kind of way. I have long straight red hair (middle of my back but usually in a ponytail), green eyes and very fair skin. What can I say? I'm celtic. 5'2", average build, 2 well-hidden tattoos. I wear very little makeup (just mascara and lip gloss) unless I'm going out somewhere. This time of year I live in cargo pants and turtlenecks because I hate the cold. Me, I am 5'4", however always wear heals or chunky shoes so I give myself another inch or two. I am not skinny, nor am I huge, I like to say that I am voluptous, curvy in the right places. I have long layered straight dark brown, naturaly highlighted hair, makes it look light brown in pics, and it is very thick. I got a perm once, it took over six hours, just to fall out in three days. I have blue gray eyes, and fair to medium skin color. Normally my hair is pulled back, it is just easier that way. This time of year I am in jeans or khakis and sweaters. Never ever wear t-shirts or sweats. Never have painted fingernails, however my toes are always sporting some kind of color. During the other seasons, I wear alot of dresses and skirts, and healed sandels. I have one pair of sneakers, and never wear them. Very little makeup, usually to even out my skin tones, eyeliner, and lip gloss sometimes.
A few very well hidden tats. Hoping for more within the next year.
A simple kind of gal.
However for some reason, people say I look like a shorter version of her...

I do not see it...my lips are so not full.

Not girly girl, just started carrying a purse, a small one at that, two years ago. Even though my ears have been pierced since I was 1 week old, I just started wearing earrings about a year ago. No other baubles for me, and it almost always has to be silver.

We are more alike than not I think. I too always wear a bit of heel on my boots, loafers, etc (I hate being this short), and only ever wear silver jewelery.
