tinacanopy 1 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "American Cancer Society Spokesperson" 05-13-04, 03:11 AM (EST) "LaToya London" I am a hugh fan of "American Idol", but after Latoya getting voted off, I don't think that I can bear to watch this show any longer. There was a very big injustice that happened tonight among the American voters who actually think that Jasmine Trias is a better singer/entertainer then Latoya/ Latoya should have won this competition.Change your voting process and let people who know about talent vote.This was truly a travisty!!!   Top

I am shocked that everyone was so suprised. Sure she can sing better than Jasmine, but in the last several weeks she has bored me and her attitude stinks. "RE: LaToya London" Change your voting process and let people who know about talent vote.This was truly a travisty!!! The people who know talent? That's kinda scary. The so-called people who know talent have brought us Britney Spears (yuck), Marilyn Manson (yikes!), William Hung (gag!), and a whole host of "artists" who I do not care for in the least. The thing that makes AI so different is that the people who care are the people who watch and vote. Those are the people who are going to buy the CD's and concert tickets. If we were watching a show where the music industry voted, then it wouldn't be any different than the stuff played on the radio today. There would be no point to the show. Actually, I think LaToya has already won because there is no doubt she will have a contract and a long career in the entertainment industry. LaToya is a star, American Idol or no American Idol. Attention all Britney Spears/Marilyn Manson/Willy Hung fans: Please do not hate me for having different musical taste than you do. I'm sure you'd gag at a few of the artists I currently listen to.   Top
