The weekly winners, with 9’s, were fyrenice, IvoryElephant, Katem and Punkin. Eight others including Bebo, DRich61, GeorgiaBelle, Gerbees, Hawkeye, Lolly, Rosewood and Swami all had 8’s. All of the above named nailed the bonus. The weekly bottom dwellers were our three evictees: tribephyl (-13), former-champ trevs_mom (-7), and lroy (-6) with Survivorerist (-3) and BuckyKatt (-1) the worst of those still alive. The ousting of tribephyl effectively ends the battle for last place, as I don’t think anybody could possibly catch EchoGirl at this point. Trevs_Mom and lroy both were eliminated by the no-new-entry rule (last week’s picks get repeated). Looking at the leader board, EJM92 (64) uses his bonus point win to stretch his lead over FesterFan (61). Sleeeve (59), BMH (56) and HeyBullDog (55) all lost ground as well. I’ll await the Bonus Point scathing sure to arrive with absolutely NO eagerness (see below). As I stated above, EchoGirl (-57) has pretty much wrapped this one up, with Kyngsladye (-5) and JohnMc (-2) the only others left in the red. One would’ve thought that with his connections, John McEnroe would’ve done better. I guess tennis greats don’t mix with the Survivor set. Tribephyl took a chance on ShiiAnn in an effort to close the last place gap, but was stunned by the non-merge just like ShiiAnn. For this coming week, all challenges will remain CG / SJ based. Bonus Point Question #2 result Boy, this turned out to be a whole bigger deal than I ever planned on! My first reaction upon watching the show, and a replay, was that TA was the winner because they had a night time shot of Erin featuring her massive boob job after Sook Jai came back from the vote. She was narrating and they showed a full body shot of her in her sleeveless top, which I saw as being for no other reason than to show her chest. While this is still probably true, I had to consider the argument for Ken’s chest painting that came up soon afterward. I finally decided to rule in favor of the BC vote after rereading my own bonus qualification (“For TA or BC to be a winner, it has to be blatant. No group shots, no shots of Penny in the football jersey. We’re looking for skin, folks.”). After seeing this, I must rule in favor of BC, as Erin’s shot would have to be discounted as not good enough. Curse me if you like, but this is the correct call. Anyhoo, during the painting party, we had a lovely shot of Ken's chest getting painted upon.

OK, I'll watch my tape tonight and update accordingly. For now I'm leaving TA as the winner, but I promise to give it another look. As I said before, I didn't make any bonus pick so I could judge it fairly. Hard to imagine a judge's replay ruling taking longer than the NFL does, but I'm managing to do it.

I know that Ken is very unlikely to go if the tribes don't merge and the boot is most likely to be a physically weak player. I thought Jake would go for sure since he was the only weak unallied player and Erin's tight with Penny. On hindsight, I really should have foreseen Evil Penny to rear its ugly (but still smiling) head and backstab Erin.
