Well, we have a tie so I'll break it and head to the aftermath of the Reward Challenge and the Immunity Challenge:The Heroes head to the steak meal and dig in. They all enjoy the food -- especially Cirie, Colby and Tom since they're used to more food. Amanda tells us in confessional that she'll be loyal to the Heroes and if they win the next Immunity Challenge, she'll bring in Parvati. She thinks of somehow slipping her Hidden Immunity Idol to Parvati before the Immunity Challenge but she'll talk to Cirie about it before making a decision.
At the Villains' camp Boston Rob praises Coach and Tyson. and consoles Jerri and Sandra -- and gives Parvati faint praise for being the last Villain to drop. Parvati's not too happy with being given faint praise. She knows she's a target -- RussHell was her only true ally and people see her as a threat because she won once before. Although she outlasted Courtney, Randy and Candice she knows she could go if the Villains lose Immunity.
Luckily, she finds an opening when Sandra spots her and signals her to join her. They're eavesdropping on Coach -- and he's urging Boston Rob to get rid of Sandra if they lose Immunity. Boston Rob points out that Sandra is loyal and isn't a threat like Parvati is. Coach says that Parvati's stronger, therefore she should stick around. Boston Rob warns Coach that if he continues pushing for Sandra's departure, he might go instead of Parvati. This is just what Parvati wanted to hear. She and Sandra agree that if they lose the Immunity Challenge, they'll try to get rid of Coach.
The next morning, Amanda asks Cirie if she should try to slip Parvati her HII at the next Immunity Challenge in return for Parvati's promise to jump ship at the merge. Cirie says giving Parvati her HII might not be a bad idea -- but it might be an even better idea to keep it and use it to save a Hero at the merge. She advises Amanda to wait for the merge and look for someone who'll be willing to flip. If Parvati's there, Cirie promises to work with Amanda to convince Parvati to flip. This persuades Amanda, who thanks Cirie.
Back at the Villains' camp, Sandra is ready to plant some Sandra seeds. She approaches Boston Rob, suggesting that if they lose Immunity they should get rid of Coach. She says that if Coach and she make the merge, he won't vote for a Hero to go to the jury but will vote for her -- and this will enable the Heroes to Pagong them. Boston Rob says in confessional that part of him thinks Parvati should go, but part of him's worried that Sandra's right -- Coach might bring the Villains down with his vendetta against Sandra.
And with that, it's time for the Immunity Challenge! After both tribes arrive, Jeff explains the challenge: Both tribes will start on a platform floating in the water. On go, one member at a time will move a bag of puzzle pieces along a rope and through a series of obstacles to the finish mat. Once they have all five bags, they will use those puzzle pieces to build a totem pole. F irst tribe to do it correctly wins Immunity. Sandra sits out for the Villains.
And they're off! Stephenie is up for the Heroes while Boston Rob's up for the Villains. Boston Rob has a slight lead which he maintains until they reach the sand, where he tires just enough for Stephenie to reach the mat at the same time he does. Then Tom's up for the Heroes while Coach's up for the Villains. Tom pulls out a lead when Coach starts slowing down as they reach the sand. Tom reaches the mat first and Colby takes off for the Heroes. Soon thereafter, Coach reaches the mat and Tyson takes off for the Heroes.
Tyson makes up some ground on the Heroes, reaching the Villains' mat only a few steps behind Colby. Amanda then goes up against Parvati and Parvati makes up enough time that it's a dead heat. So it's up to Cirie and Jerri. They're neck-and-neck through the water -- but Jerri starts tiring, allowing Cirie to get the lead and reach the Heroes first, freeing them to work on their puzzle. Jerri's arrival frees the Villains to work on their puzzle.
Both tribes are working on their puzzle. At first, the Villains seem to be making ground on their puzzle but then Coach makes a suggestion that had already been rejected by Boston Rob because it was wrong. He insists on trying it again, causing the Heroes to pull way out in front on the puzzle. Finally:
Jeff: Heroes win Immunity! (The Heroes cheer while Boston Rob glares at Coach.) Heroes, come on over. (He hands the idol to Stephenie.) Heroes, you have Immunity and are safe from the vote. Villains, you have a date with me at Tribal Council, where somebody will be joining Danielle on the jury. Head back to camp and decide who it'll be and I'll see you at Tribal.
The Heroes head out triumphantly, while we hear Boston Rob in confessional, saying that he's now seriously considering getting rid of Coach.
*****************************************************************
Okay, the Heroes won Immunity and the Villains will be heading to Tribal Council. I want you to decide which Villain will be going home. I'll take votes until tomorrow morning. The one with the most votes will join Danielle on the jury -- unless that person's Sandra, whereupon the person with the second most votes will be on the jury.
I'll begin the voting by suggesting that Coach go home. He's bound and determined to get rid of Sandra, has no real idea how to play the game, and lost the puzzle for the Villains.
