I remember there being two houseguest that where kicked out, without being voted out. One was in the Ex factor Big brother where one guy was taken out because he was throwing chairs. Then I remember there being another houseguest which I think might have been season two or maybe season four who was taken out of the house but I dont remember reading a reason as to why he was taken out. The guy im thinking of had very bad teeth.

I forgot about the houseguest throwing chairs. But in season 2 Justin was kicked out for repeated violence. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he put a knife to a very drunk Krista's throat while they were kissing.
