"Minutes in a week" |
The tiebreaker question for the recent HOH competition was "How many minutes did the House go without hot water in the bathroom?" Didn't the House go an entire WEEK without hot water as a result of Janelle's decision when she WON her POV competiton? Whereas George's and Danielle's guesses of 360 and 308 respectively are laughable yet somewhat understandable considering the sources, Julie's announced answer of just over 6,000 doesn't add up either? Grammer school arithmetic would calculate exactly 10,080 minutes in a week. Did Julie say 6,000 because she may have graduated from the same school as George or Danielle; or did the producers get soft and make the HGs suffer only 4-5 days instead of a complete week??? If the deal was a week, then it should be a week. Would anyone know for sure if the show went soft and gave in, or is this a case even Julie not getting past third grade math?

I thought usually "week" usually is from the competition until the next eviction rather than 7 full actual days.

I doubt if Julie had to calculate the amount herself. She had to be given the correct figure by the producers, otherwise it would be a competition between George, Dani, and Julie. For whatever reason, she said 6000 minutes. Maybe she lowered the number from 10k so as to not make them seem quite as wrong as they were. Or, perhaps it was just 4 days they were off hot water. Regardless, I don't really see this as a reason to slam the chenbot.

OK, forget about the Chenbot...just curious as to how long the HGs were without hot water. A week is seven days. Or maybe during the POV competition that Janelle WON, it may have stated the "rest" of the week? Don't know...that's what I was trying to find out.
