Hi, hope this helps. This is my first post, so bear with me... Today's show mostly addressed Lisa, Jessica, TJ and a bit about Allison and Jill. Lisa admitted she had been molested for about a year when she was around 11 and never told her parents because the attacker threatened to kill them. She did a wall mural of all her regrets and bad decisions in her life starting from age 5 to 40 in 5 year increments. Jessica was working on releasing her anger that she's had stored up since what happened to her mom. Rhonda gave her an assignment to write everything she was angry about on bricks and throw them them n the pool. Then explained that her anger was submerged and she was going to need to dive in the pool and bring them back to the surface. After she did all that, Rhonda had it set up where she could take a sledge hammer to them and let go of her anger. It was really powerful and very moving.
TJ was given an assignment to not speak for the day and all she had as a support tool was a necklace that Rhonda gave her with basics communication (yes, no, please, thank you, tell me more) TJ wanted to add one more - I need a hug. She did very well and was allowed to speak before the end of the day. Everyone remarked on how much more pleasant she was to have around.
Christina, as far as I could tell, didn't have much going on today, she will for sure tomorrow. Scenes for tomorrow shows some dude showing up at lunch with all the girls there and making some sort of scene.
Jill didn't have too much going on, except she decided this time the bags represented all her baggage that she takes with her in life and she's decided no more baggage.
I missed the first 10 minutes or so because of a special report on the news, so I only caught a tid bit of some really cool information regarding body-language and she totally broke Lisa down too, which was really interesting because she hadn't said a word to her and described how she views herself and how she approaches life. She almost seemed psychic.
Allison was upset from the body language segment that I missed and from what was said from what I did see, it had to do with her body image and some pictures that she took that they showed.
