Nice analysis FP. Misdirection or Foreshadowing, that is the question!
I'd like to address some of your points:

I don't see how either! But Chris seemed doomed at 7, Danni at 4 and Bob at 5. Tom seemed doomed the minute he lost immunity. Parvati seemed unable to win a jury vote. Then game happened. The editing doesn't tell us much about the game's mechanics, just the characters.

- "she did not make alot of friends"

And, quite unnecessarily, we were told why.

- I closely associated her story... as the nemesis to the character that is Coach...when one goes the other will follow

He had the alliance, he had the numbers but she managed to escape his attention. Now, she has the numbers. Not a bad turn around. She certainly could leave right after Coach but his plan of changing the game from start to end would still live on with a JT or Stephen win. That plan was a huge part of this season's story and Erinn would be the one to end it.

-she doesn't seem very bright

True, but the editors didn't paint her as a dumb player either. Instead they let us hear one of the most insightful TC reply when she told Debbie that she didn't know if she could trust people and this was revisited with her confessional about her dad.

-she's got a mouth

And most of her comments were funny, snarky remarks about Coach. The negative comment she made about Jerry was balanced by her desire to stay in the game and completely erased from the recap.

-she wasn't very respectful in her commentary at the native village feast.. she threw up

It was very neutral but it was there. JT and Tyson were ignored and Debbie had the motherly comments. Tom was shown falling over drunk.

-she's letting the others use her as they see fit...would Jiffy really say this is the best winner in a long time, if Erinn indeed were to win?

But she was heard saying that she was making her own decisions and the move against Tyson was presented as her initiative. (Yes, that was also erased from the recap.)

As for Jiffy, he could already be selling an Erinn win.
