Well let's get one thing straight. A diverse background is best for any reality show. Having 16 white people doesn't bring Story to the show. Take it from me.. I've worked in this line of Television. The problem is people of ethnic background typically don't apply to these shows, and the few that do apply always end up to be players. I'm sure they would love a successful african american male that is looking for romance and love. I'm sure they would love a smoking native american woman that has a college education. Those people never apply though... and that's the sad part. Sometimes I think the only people with guts to go out and apply to any sort of Television program are the people that you see on Jerry Springer and Ricki Lake everyday. So if you have a problem with the diversty on reality tv then APPLY to these shows. Writing about it does nothing compared to actually applying. At least then you can say I'm a such and such with a great story and personality to tell and they didn't pick me!
