I'M STARTING TO BELIEVE THAT THIS SHOW IS FIXEDDDDD!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SANTINO IS AROUND FOR ANOTHER SHOW? AFTER THIS SHOW, I AM DONE.

Yes, I can believe Santino made it through the Garden Party show. Heidi said the challenge was about innovation, and Santino delivered. Of course, he delivered the same dress he delivered before, but he did it artfully with flora. His dress was better than Andrae's, and I love Andrae, but the Spanish moss looked very uncomfortable and didn't flatter the model. Like Heidi, I didn't have a problem with Santino's shininess.Goodbye Andrae! I'll miss you. I hope Tim takes you out for dinner, maybe seafood, maybe Red Lobster, so you'll feel better!

THAT IS WHY I THINK SANTINO NEED TO GO, HE KEEPS DOING THE SAME DRESS (DIFFERENT MATERIAL) EVERY WEEK AND IT'S GETTING A LITTLE OLD. YES ANDRAE DRESS WAS A BORING BUT A LEAST IT WAS DIFFERENT. I WILL ALSO MISS ANDRAE!!!!! I'M SURE WE WILL SEE HIM AGAIN.

Well, last night must have been an obvious way to weed out those with a lack of creativity or the lack to pull through on such an assignment. Honestly, making dresses out of plants and flowers really seemed to be a bit much, especially in the small amount of time they were asked to do it. I mean it could be called a fun and creative task, but how many of these designers actually need to know or have experience in making wearable outfits out of this "material"? I mean I know what the whole point behind it all but I still thought it was ridiculous as far as someone getting booted out because of it.Honestly, Andrae's outfit was horrible. It looked like the model was a walking lawn and she did look very uncomfortable in it. I really really wish that Andrae had done a lot different. He should have had a different shape for the dress and used less spanish moss. I am sad that Andrae was ousted. It took a little while to love him but just when he was starting to become on of my favorites I had to say bye. I am optimistic that this will not be the last we see of Andrae, he is a talented designer and now he has exposure, plus he left during a competition that I don't really think will affect his career. After all who expects anyone to make a complete outfit out of a plant, who would even ask someone to? Kara was once again saved by some grace. This woman is really really lucky because in my opinion she is one of the weakest designers left and should have gone. Kara usually has the lack to be creative without always seeking reassurance, she never seems to have confidence in her work. Plus her clothing always turns out to be mediocre. But she did do well this time around. Her bodice was really nice and very detailed with excellent blends of texture although I felt her skirt was horrible (using the same idea as Andrae). Chloe's outfit was nice and it was a good idea, which set her dress apart from the others. The only problem with her dress that I had was the fact that looking at that pattern could really work on ones eyes. It kind of reminds me of those crazy posters that you stare at for a long time to find the hidden picture and your eyes end up stinging for the end result. Daniel's outfit was great. Luckily, for him no one really wanted to take the chance in using flowers and because he did it set him aside. His outfit was nicely constructed and thought through. I just loved the effect the cascading flowers had. Once again Daniel won, which he deserved to, so I expect to see this guy in final 3 if not win, he definately has a special place amongst the judges. Santino's outfit actually was not bad. It wasn't the best dress, but it also didn't have a million and one things pasted all over it so it was nice. I did think his leaves looked a bit shiny and fake, but in his defense he was just preserving them and may have been slightly unaware of the shin level. As for Nick, well I liked Nick's outfit. Yeah, it wasn't the best and there was a few need to work it out areas but I still liked it and not because he's my favorite. I have to say though that it really ticked me off when Micheal Kors actually made the comment that Nick's designs seem to have alot of vulgarity!!! This is the second time a judge has used that term and the second time I just don't get why they would say it. I think the producers need to quickly send these people a dictionary because they clearly are not up to speed with their vocabulary. Or does vulgarity to them mean when someone is covered? That's the only explanation I can come up with. I have always thought of Nick's styles to be very classy and I can't remember an outfit where a woman would be exposing herself just wearing it. I also thoroughly enjoyed the comedy relief segment of Santino impersonating Tim. Santino really has this guys voice down to a tee and the whole Andrea and Tim scenerio was halirious. I could definately picture Tim saying those things.

I agree with almost everything you said, Naz.First, I am not surprised Santino is still there & he has grown on me. I liked him in the very, very beginning -- then he was a bit of an egotistical a$$, but the last 2-3 eps he has toned down & his editing has made him a good guy again. It doesn't hurt that he is HILARIOUS and really, without him this season would be very, very boring, IMO. I really, really believe Santino will be a final 3, without a doubt. I especially agree with you, Naz, about Nick. I was really disgusted that Kors stated Nick's dress was vulger. Was he looking at the same dress? Then, to top it off, Nina remarks that all of Nick's designs are vulger WTF???? Are they smoking crack? I actually likes Nick's design, for the CREATIVITY of it. If he had more material, the skirt would have been longer, too. But it certainly wasn't vulger. (And I'm not saying all this because Nick is my fave -- I'm being objective  ) I was sad to see Andrae go, because I did like many of his designs, especially last week's (my fave overall this season). But if it was JUST based on that task, his dress really was awful. I'm going to wait for the summary thread to post my other comments that I am biting my tongue on now.

Exactly! Santino is still in because he's good TV. His brand or arrogance and over the top personality are the cornerstones of reality TV. If Santino was gone who would we hate? Cara? How much mileage could the producers really get out of "Danger, No Trespassing"?

Yeah...WTF. Nick's designs have never been vulgar. The judges opinions are vulgar. Next to Chloe, I think Nick is the most talented designer on the show. And....Kara has to go. She doesn't have an original thought or design.

I personally think that Santino has been overrated. He's kind of like a big scary giant. I thought the outfit he designed for Kara was terrible.
I do think that Santino's humor is sometimes funny although it probably wears off after a short amount of time if you had to spend a lot of time around him.
It was funny when Nick was getting annoyed at him and he mimicked Nick's mannerisms while repeating everything he was saying. How annoying would that be! It was funny to watch, though.
