It's pretty digusting. I wonder if these girls smoke on a regular basis (like at home) or do they do it cause everyone else is. Keeps the pounds off, all that tar covers the taste buds so you don't taste food as well. I know this for a fact, ever since I quit smoking, I have been eating like a pig. "RE: smokers" You would THINK that it would keep the pounds off, but being a nurse, most of the smokers I've seen are way overweight, and have diabetes to boot! It catches up to you eventually, trust me! I think you start eating more because you CAN'T taste anything!! Right now, it may be a form of purging, but eventually, it will catch up. I do agree that it should be highly frowned on, and addressed. I don't think, ethically, she can force them to stop-it's harder to stop smoking than to go into rehab for other things. But I do find it offensive since so many younger girls are basically worshipping these model-wannabees. I also find it offensive the language that they use, too. But I guess that's just the way it is. Not to many realy ladies out there. But most of the smokers I know (or should I say knew), are dead... And that is no joke. I am happy everyday that I quit smoking, and I wish I never had started in the first place. .............................. I think that Natasha is more mature and worldly. She is often misunderstood by the other girls. But she seems genuinely nice. She did a great job on the Commercial. "RE: smokers come in all sizes" I have noticed that a lot of them smoke and I have noticed that they all drink a lot of wine as well. Can you imagine if they cracked open a beer! haha! But, hey if that's what you do in your life before you went on the show, why change? Do you. ya know? Smoking obviously suppresses appetite, not that that is the reason they smoke. Sometimes you just get sucked into it kinda without knowing the magnitude of the addiction. I always thought that I was in control of it...I was totally wrong. Every time I went out, got in the car, was in deep thought, was stressed...I smoked. Personally, I am thankfully I quit smoking. It was tough, but I realized you can't quit unless you are ready to quit. I even had to switch to drinking tea in the morning because coffee made me want a cigarette.
