attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out

Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

"Madness" is the right word, Vols. It would appear that the guys are reasonably normal and can hold their booze, and at least three of the four girls are immature, completely amoral, don't know how to act when they don't get their way, have no clue when it comes to relationships, and definitely CAN'T hold their booze. Well, make that all four of them who can't hold their booze - remember Parisa getting fall down plastered after two glasses of wine? I get a kick out of Isaac's sense of humor and how he reacts to adversity. He vaguely reminds me of someone in my past but I can't for the life of me remember who it was. Oh well, maybe I really am senile already. More wine!!!

I can't put my finger (or anything else) on it either, but I also enjoy this season better than last year. Of course, ANYTHING would be more interesting than the awful Philly season - that was the lowest of the most boring low. I am increasingly frustrated that these highly educated, intrepid souls have not spent any time exploring the city other than (apparently) a few bars and their own immediate neighborhood. Are they EVER going to check out the rest of the country??? And by the way, will they EVER start working?!?!? Is this going to be another snoozefest of heavy, mindless drinking as they go from one loud bar to the next? The girls are cute, but as a friend of mine from Europe once said, "Stupid ****s good." Why does it so often ring true that the more mondless the person the better the sexual experience?? Or am I "hunting" in the wrong brothels?? More wine! QUICK!! MORE WINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, my calling these girls "highly educated" is kind of like claiming a circus midget was last year's MVP of the NBA. Anyone calling them "normal" is like saying my new puppy has mastered physics. But when I say "more wine," I REALLY MEAN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find this season to be very entertaining. I guess I enjoy watching other people make complete fools of themselves. KellyAnn is a sick girl. Seriously, she has issues. She lusts after every guy that comes her way until that guy shows interest in her. Shauvon obviously is not a fun drunk. What a psycho! I wish MTV would have shown her falling off his knee. Isaac creeps me out a bit but I really enjoyed him this episode. Loved his "this was a really good talk, it was really good" (not sure if I've quoted exactly but you know what I mean). I guess I am just baffled that these people don't care what they look like on tv.

If I were in Sydney? I would HAVE to go out and party it up especially if I were living there for months and not have a job. However, my personality isn't as sh*tty as these peeps (the females for sure). These females are just beyond my comprehension.

I think she was b*tching about going to McDonald's to get a McFlurry and the girl behind the counter couldn't speak English well enough to communicate so she went to Taco Bell instead...no?

Vols, I think you're right again.I don't blame her for being upset, I just thought it horrible that her choice of food was some awful, corporate-owned, fast food dump. Have they no imagination? No sense of adventure? Wait, what am I saying??? If they had any brains they wouldn't be on the show. Whenever I go to California to visit relatives we ALWAYS find plenty of people employed all over the place who seem to speak virtually no - or completely no - English. At the same time there are obviously tens of millions of Americans who do speak English (often badly) who can't find a job. Why was there someone working at that restaurant in Austrialia, meeting the public, who barely spoke English? I don't blame the cast member for getting mad. Too many recent immigrants, both here and in places like Australia, find employment when native residents stay unemployed.

Hey everyone, Just joined this forum today sorry to barge in here with this question but... there's something that's been bothering me for ages regarding a song in episode 5, in this particular clip: http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/?id=1567715&vid=172205 It's the song that starts playing about a minute into the clip, when they start getting ready to hit the club and also continues to play while they're at the club(where Cohutta is talking about his bear claw to the blonde girl) If anyone knows the title and the artist for this song, please let me know. really apreciate it. Thanks in advance.
