researchgrl 1 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "American Cancer Society Spokesperson" 04-17-07, 11:27 PM (EST) "research on the real world" Hey guys, I'm doing a paper for my English class on the controversies of "The Real World." I was hoping I could get some feedback on any information you guys have on the former and current casts of The Real World. "RE: research on the real world" One big controversy that I remember being very enthralled with was during the RW Hawaii season. Ruthie was one of the cast and she was severely alchoholic. They spent alot of time on this issue and it centered around her castmates trying to help her and talk her into getting professional help. It showed her major low times and her road to recovery. Now when she does the Challenges, she always seems to have her head on her shoulders.
