"RE: The Duel Episode 11/30/2006 Discussion" Ummmmm...was it just me or did it seem as though Robin and Svetty gave up a little bit too much during the end of that run. Sure Diem...it's your birthday go ahead and win it. And was I just hearing things or did Evan really say to Diem that everyday was her birthday? If so I bet it was a bit of a snarky comment referring to the coddling Diem has been getting. I'm sorry but if I was Diem that would be the last thing I would want. I would rather get ahead because I schemed well and worked hard enough not because I was pitied. And what was with Wes' cryfest? Why feel guilty? Derrick wouldn't have if it was you sent packing. "RE: The Duel Episode 11/30/2006 Discussion" Well...in regards to Wes crying like a big baby....besides the fact that - yes - that was an intense Duel, BUT...on Overdrive Derrick mentions that Wes was on performance enhancing drugs - maybe that made him a bit more emotional than usual. I'm sure we're not talking steroids or anything, but even that stuff you can buy at GNC could probably make him a little out of whack. ?? I don't know. Oh man...and this whole Diem thing. I love Evan and I like to think that he was being snarky commenting that every day is Diem's birthday. For cryin out loud...WHY OH WHY did Robin and Svetty give up so early?? I know that is what they did. Oh...let the poor sweet cancer survivor win...especially on her birthday. Barf. Dave?? Where are you?? My fellow Diem Despiser. What's up with Svetty's HUGE tribal tat? It just doesn't make sense. Can anyone enlighten my rear end here? I mean, I may be clueless from time to time but this whole Diem thing has me flabbergasted.
