Eggs, they are they most important dish of the day. Forget oatmeals, today we are thinking eggs. I mean, let's be reasonable, most eggs in the stores today were unviable anyway, they could have never become chickens anyway, what else can you do with them but break them and make omelets. Oh, wait, no one made the omelet? How silly, lets give the quickfire to the weird chick who made them green, let's face it that was not an unappetizing green, it was very nice for a green. So, onto the elimination challenge, who wants to die and whats do they wants for their last meal? Egg. No, for serious. Overcooked fish. Grandmama's chicken. Okay, now we talking. Scallops. No, for serious! Um, some other fowl. Peas!

I want airplane salad for my last meal. Sooooooo glad the beesh is gone. Hope Fishy is next. Don't know what was more shocking about this episode: Carla used to be a model or no one wanted a cheeseburger.

Hospital? who needs hospital? I will cut my finger off and sear the stump on the grill so it won't bleed and finish here and think about not having a finger tomorrow.Overcooked salmon? never! I say I have never! You punks don't know what you're talking about. I am the perfect chef who cook perfect food at all times! Yes, I was a model; then I decided to try my hand at cooking. As long as I can stay simple, I can do this. Easy peasy. I'm not worried about Stephan; Stephan doesn't bother me; I can beat Stephan; I can cook better than Stephan; I'm not obsessed with Stephan; Who's Stephan? Bye Bye Miss American Pie - Who knew runny eggs would get me kicked out? It's not like it's ever been mentioned in the Top Chef kitchen before. Will you be mine? Ok, get in line behind Agman.....

The judges are so self-contradictory. One episode the ultimate mistake is over-cooking the meat, there can be nothing that will get you kicked off faster. I guess they edited out the "except" runny eggs part. Another is that they only judge what happened during those two challenges. You know Stephan is there only because of previous challenges. Grrr. *I love Jacque Pepin - I make Pepin potatoes alot. They are easy and wonderful. http://www.recipezaar.com/Jacques-Pepins-Potatoes-Fondantes-274197

First: THANK YOU FOR GETTING RID OF THAT WHINEY, LIMPY, ALWAYS STUFFING HER FAT FACE, SEX ADDICTED "BUT i LOVE MY BOYFRIEND - LEAH!!!! I could not stand her not to mention the fact that she seems not too be able to cook!!!! No, lolling around in bed with Hosea is not the prime prerequisite for winning the competition. It is the prime prerequisite for getting Tom and the Hole in the Kitchen gang to keep you around for juicy, titillating TV though!!!! ------------------------ >Overall, I think we got the >best chefs in the final >four. > Agreed. ----------------------- >Carla - has grown on me >over the season. >Hosea - one of my faves >since the beginning, but maybe >slipping a little recently. >Stefan - we knew he'd be >here. He has won so >many challenges. >Fabio - has been consistent throughout. Whoa!!! It's right about here that I'm gonna have to ask you to put on the old brakes. Fabio has been consistent? No way!!! He started off wonderfully and fell off wildly. He just got back in the game! Now I love Fabio, but he has NOT been consistent!!! -------------------- >The big question is... will Stefan >win, given he won the >first challenge? ... or will >someone else surprise us? This >should be good next week! > Stefan should win it. Think this is just so much drama. Like showing him saying he's going to win this thing on the two challenges he winds up in the bottom!!!! Nice! Sweet!!! Love it, but then they juxtaposition him saying it with Fabio winning the challenge and saying how he's going to win, but somehow this isn't seen as egotistical because ... ???? I love Fabio. I love Carla and I love Stefan. Hosea ... blah! Double blah!!!! He been consistently mediocre. Actually, now that I think about it, I'd rather have had Jamie in the finals. Think she was creative and good. Better than Hosea - not that I'm basing that on anything since I can't taste anything, but still ... ????!!!! Stefan should win, but they need drama.

Love Fabio and Carla, mostly for personalities. I know that Stephan has been consistently good. If we didn't know that from the judges, HE would let us know. He's actually toned it down a bit over the past few episodes, and this last one did a good on his ego! Now, for the finale, maybe he won't be so cocky. We'll have to wait and see....He can, after all, cook salmon with his eyes closed. Dude, evidentally, the salmon had THEIR eyes closed a little too long.Leah should have been gone way before a few others, like Radika, and Jamie, IMHO. She sucks. As a person and a chef. If it weren't for her co-contestants, she'd be nowhere. And you can't run a restaurant like that, constantly asking how to do things. She was an apprentice chef, and barely that. Yes, they kept her around, hoping she'd do something else for ratings. When she disappointed them, they found her eggs runny, and her sauce watery. Carla is ok. But green eggs and ham? WHAT? I don't think my kids would have eaten that, even. It reaks of mold, or spoiled product, to me. Whatever. KISS. As in 'keep it simple, stupid. It's worked for her, so far, along with her perfect peas. She and peas are just like this... I think most of us would agree that Stephan will take it all, but there could be a dark horse. Hosea? Never. Don't know why he is still there over Jamie, either. She just had a bad day, and didn't like cooking celery and whatever that other thing was that she didn't like. A bad attitude will get you every time. So, we'll see what happens. But there is one huge question that plagues me every season: How does Padma stay so darn skinny tasting all that food??? I want to know her secret!!
