I only spoke up because you'd called it coriander in one place and cilantro in the other. It comes from the same plant, but I'd always heard the different names being used for the different plant parts. I've never heard anyone call the leaves coriander before and chinese parsley is totally a new one for me. Maybe it's a Canadian v. American dialect thing, which is endlessly fascinating . I got all the ingredients today and will be making this very soon. DH won't be home for dinner for the next two nights, soI may have to make it just for myself. Which is not such a bad thing.
