I bought some dark rye buns loaded with seeds. Sliced, olive oil and toasted in the oven made a perfect raft for the chicken.
And I was thrilled with the sweet potato fries. Everytime I've tried to make SP fries they turn out woobly.
These were crisp and tasty. I soaked them in ice water first, then dried and applied the egg wash and flour. I dressed with paprika, S&P and caraway seeds.
Left over chicken will find its way to my lunch plate with some baby mixed greens and a couple of chunks of cheddar.
