...Mariano Rivera has identifiable human anatomy?(Note that the leg went before the arm. No one's sure about the arm.) Well, there goes the Yankees' one automatic answer. 'Who's closing?' Wouldn't they like to know. He's had an amazing career and should start working on his Hall induction speech now (although watch the @#$%^&* voters make him wait a few ballots), but I don't know if he can come back from this. His career may have effectively ended last night -- and with it go Mystique and Aura, opponent's half of the ninth edition. Other teams will now believe the Yankees closer can be beaten: that's about 90% of the battle right there. So goodbye to a respected (and dreaded) adversary -- and throw the gates open, because the rest of the league will be storming in. 
I may feel bad for him, but the replacement is going to be the city's target.
