I agree that it is a bit hypocritical, however, the premise of the show is for the men to be dating Anna, and Anna to be dating all the men. They are not supposed to be hooking up with models. They are supposed to be on the show for her. If they can't even demonstrate self control for one night, when they know they are on a reality show being filmed, they deserve to be booted.

True. I am inclined to think that many of the Himbos couldn't care less if they won. It isn't like there is a prize for 'winning'. And more than likely they already had gotten an indication that they were going to be cut so they figured, why not go out with a bang. (but then I missed the episode)

I agree... they can't maintain for one night? And how unaware are they really, I mean they can't figure out ahead of time that they are being watched at all times?
Sometimes I just wonder if they plant a few Joes in the show who really have no interest in dating the lady in question, but are just there to provoke a response.
Even if it wasn't a contrived situation, it was still interesting to watch the men. I felt Anna's reaction was genuine, however, she should really grow up. It's a predictable response. Better to find out now than later.

I think they taped her crying on the side, and edited it totally !! They said to her ok Anna we need you to cry really hard for this part..... and inserted it into the right spot.
And she wins the Emmy !!!
So now Craig is gone for cheating
Brad is gone for cheating, Chris is gone for probably having unsportsmen like behavior (sore looser).
And for the Joes - well Clay and Gino for no reason at all and Nathan for who knows what ??
I can't wait to see the look on her face when Nathan comes back !!! The makeover did him well !!
She can't believe how Brad and Craig acted with a complete total strangers (the models). She just can't believe it......
Well - Anna you were in the hottub with a complete total stranger remember, sucking on his face. I didn't see her getting to know him. In fact they hardly talked at all.

I agree that Anna is supposed to be dating all the men, BUT, that doesn't mean sticking your tongue down each person's throat whenever you get some alone time. Maybe it's just me, but this particular show has shown more of Anna's tongue than any other. I mean, I like kissing as much as anyone, but she borders on "porno tongue." Please correct me if I'm wrong...
I think the showdown will be between Rocky and Art with Rocky and Anna going off to Brazil where Anna tells Rocky that she used to date Fabio and then Rocky throws a towel at her and tells her that he can't see her anymore after knowing he's getting Fabio's sloppy seconds...

I could understand the guys thinking. They are the hunks that were just brought in. I don't think most of them care if they win. And they had not even had dates with Anna yet and they know she is kissing the other guys while they sit around and wait. I would have been much more upset or disappointed if it was one of the Joes who had done that to Anna. They came on this show just for Anna. The hunks I think of more as troublemakers brought on to cause trouble. And they maybe had no interest in Anna. It is hard to cheat on someone you have not dated yet.

Exactly. I think some of them went overboard with the making out with strangers, but really, it's not like any of them had a commitment with Anna. It's not realistic that these guys would pass up fun with a woman who is actually available to them, as opposed to waiting for a "possible" date with Anna. I think she overreacted towards those she hadn't dated yet.

I think it was just in poor taste. They were casted for the show, and the premise of the show is to win Anna's heart. Unless casting for the show included some who would cheat, then that's a different story... back to my planted for provocation theory.

Anna's reaction was unbelievable, especially over Brad. They hadn't even had a one on one date yet, and she was acting like she had fallen in love with him already. She set herself up to get hurt the second she put him on a pedestal simply because he was good-looking.
And it was a little hypocritical of her, despite what the premise of the show is. As someone pointed out, Anna couldn't believe Brad would act that way with a stranger but it didn't take her too long to start making out with Rocky in the hot tub...she even used the same excuse Brad did ("any girl in my position would do the same thing"). Anna was upset because she was enjoying being the center of attention - this is where I think her sense of betrayal came from. "They're not supposed to look at other women, they're supposed to worship me!". For some reason Brad & Craig never thought they'd get caught doing that, which was pretty dumb, but if this were real life they didn't owe Anna anything...they hadn't had a date with her yet and she'd picked 3 people before them to go out with. You'll notice that the people she had one on one's with - Rocky, Carson, Josh - behaved themselves. (okay, Carson took his pants off, but other than that he was an angel )

Yeah, but there's a difference between making out with someone on a date (as Anna did with Rocky) and making out and groping in a bar (which the hunks did with the models). The difference being that the latter is totally skanky, and the former is just a little skanky.

Just knowing someone for a couple of hours that you are on a date with or knowing someone in a bar for a couple hours. I don't see the difference. ?? One is a set up and one isn't. But you still don't know the person ! Espicially to be swapping germs so soon......

I think Anna fell into the harem mindset. 'They're my men! Mine! I can dress them in balloon silk pants and give them big scimitars to hold, and they'll fan me with palm leaves all day, because the producers gave to me. No one else!' They were her personal property -- and then her personal property stepped out of the chains for a night and acted in A Manner Unbecoming In A Slave.

I thought the AJ's were more in tune with the setup. I mean why else would they yell out to the hidden microphones that "I have only one true love and her name is Anna." or something to that effect.
My biggest complaint of the night was the way she booted Nathan after reading that letter he wrote specifically for her. Now that didn't make one bit of sense unless she was basically booting the AJ's because of looks. I hope Nathan does make it to the final two but I am also quite sure that is where it will end.

It was Arthur who said that and I think he did so because he was drunkity-drunk-drunk.
As far as booting Nathan, as was mentioned earlier in this thread, it wasn't so much that she wanted to get rid of Nathan, it's that she wanted to keep Josh and Arthur. That's my take on it.

Maybe Nathan is reading these posts, what are your thoughts Nathan? Didn't you think it strange you guys were given a night out and a bunch of models show up pimping themselves?
I also was confused about one other thing. Anna has some bedroom on a yacht and she also said something about going back to her hotel room. Did anyone catch this? Was she so distraught that a night on the yacht couldn't have cheered her up?

Hmm....I think you might be onto something there, Mmm_link. At first I thought Arthur was in drunkity-drunk-drunk mode when he was shouting those things, but it does seem odd that he would be so specific as to say "there are lots of hot women here tonight, but my heart is with Anna", loud and clear so everyone could hear it...in fact he said it twice by my count.
Methinks Arthur might have been onto the producers' little game.
