"Episode Four Complete Con Job" |
Either the actors are now lying when they talk to the cameras or the producers are increasingly presenting their comments out of context.Molly wasn't really sick. They couldn't do the game right if there were 7, there had to be six. Did the actress really say she got sick from putting the outfit on or did they just clip it funny? She had to skip out to set up Master Debater. Pat couldn't have really been hurt. All she said at the end was that the "fall" was real not that she was hurt, big surprise! Again this was to set up the 'most dramatic eviction ceremony yet!' Matt is clearly acting. Setting up the Pat incident at breakfast when strangely scowling as Hutch bragged. Love this show. It is trying to destroy reality tv.

Hmmmm... not sure where you're gleaning your information from, but I'll try to break it down for ya.But first, let me explain that I am not a Joe Schmo Mole who is trying to untarnish the tarnishment laid on the show from this site. I am just your Average Joe who watches Joe Schmo. Now, let's begin. "Molly wasn't really sick. They couldn't do the game right if there were 7, there had to be six. Did the actress really say she got sick from putting the outfit on or did they just clip it funny? She had to skip out to set up Master Debater." Molly said she had eaten something that disagreed with her cute, tight, taught little tummy. After entering the Sumo Suit from hell, she became claustrophic and opted to opt out of the competition. There didn't have to be six of anything. They were fighting in groups of 3. They could have fought in groups of 2, with the winner of each round going on to the next. They could have fought all 7 at once and essentially stage a Royal Rumble. Your logic is flawed and fails me all at the same time. Regarding her helping to set up the Master Debater, I am pretty sure they have people paid to do that... like the same people who are paid to clean up my stanky mess when I get up off my Canadian Carcas in a fast food joint. I do agree Pat wasn't entirely devastated from the nasty fall she took, but it was a real shove with real results. She knocked her noggin' and it looked quite painful. "Matt is clearly acting. Setting up the Pat incident at breakfast when strangely scowling as Hutch bragged." Again, I am not really sure where you are going with this line of reasoning. If he WERE acting, he would never have thrown her to the ground so ferociously. He was hurt that Hutch banged Dr. Pat before him. Joe Schmo is a needy, horny, jealous individual. Remember when Molly rebuffed his advances? He organized a coup to have her ousted. Joe felt slighted again that someone else got laid instead of him, and had her number from the very beginning, thus the killer shove from hell. Doesn't sound like you love the show, but rather love hating it and ripping it apart with your convoluted logic. Slippery Jim CANADIAN AND DAMM PROUD!

The only thing you said I agree with is that Molly has a great tummy.

2. "Another Con - Brian's Lie" |
My mind hadn't allowed me to believe Molly lied about the claustrophobia, probably in the same way as Matt dismisses clues that come his way--no one there to agree with him or to notice things with him, thus the subject of the experiment (Matt) will go with the group consensus. I think it looked real to me because Dr. Pat didn't "professionally" intervene. The sight of other professionals running to her aid made it more plausible to me. Interestingly, Molly ran to Dr. Pat's aid just moments later, but I won't make too much of this. I think the accident was real. Of the cons you mentioned, the only one I'll seriously entertain is the Molly Con. Interestingly, they had an oriental robe ready for her to wear, and she and the host could rub all over each other during the "show-stopping accident." Perhaps the accident falls in the same category as a conspiracy theory, at least in my mind; entertaining, but not seriously entertained. Dr. Pat's injury was real, photographic evidence (or the altering thereof) of reddness on the top of the head was available. I'm only surprised she didn't sprain her neck the way the hat fit...but I still believe it was a real injury. This is further evidenced by the angle and velocity of Matt's attack, and the way Dr. Pat was only hopping straight up and down like some little bunny fu-fu. Meanwhile, the swarmy host had given Matt an open invitation to level her... I think Matt truly regretted hurting her, but interestinly, he was still intent on yelling for Kip to put people on their backs a few minutes later. He showed true repentance though. He spared Kip from 50-70% of his energy, I'd say. Now unless they did some advanced computer graphics (I think Woody and Buzz Lightyear had some similar exchanges in "Toy Story"), Matt levelled Dr. Pat. Now here's a con you didn't mention; the debate--Brian said they wanted Matt to win. I don't buy it. If so, then why did Brian "pull out" all the stops and show further evidence of his "moldy cheese" (as I think Hutch described it in Episode 1)? Brian looked desperate (in more ways than one) to keep Matt away from The Immunity Robe. Brian's testimony is already questionable, he's been lying to Matt all this time; and anyone who would take off their pants and attempt to sodomize a great guy like Matt to win a silly debate... So no, I won't debate Brian (or Hutch) about whether this was a con or not.

Why did Brian "pull out"? He was pushing the envelope, so to speak.

Nah! Molly seemed claustrophobic to me, that suit is like wearing a padded straight jacket that you can't get out of by yourself, and her head was barely poking out.Pat seemed hurt to me, I think it was that sad helmet. Would it take a few vertebral compression fractures to convince you? Matt doesn't seem jealous to me, I think he's more interested in keeping Hutch in his place. Matt probably knows these ladies are not a match for him, so he's not even thinking that way. I can see now why Matt decided to quit law school. He's too sappy for the true victims of crime and he can't stand the assholes, it gets to him too much and clouds his objectivity.
