Open the post by clicking on its title. Then click the "Reply" link in the lower right hand corner of their post -- here's an example, from your own post above.

"Reply With Quote" transfers the text from their post into your post -- which you generally don't want to do.
And I'm locking this thread. Tomorrow, I'll move it into the "Help Forum", which is where the answers to many of your questions can be found, and is also where new questions such as this should be posted. OK?
Edited to add: Oops, if I lock this thread, the "Reply" option goes away. Since I don't want to confuse Jessica any more, I'm unlocking the thread -- but please. no one post to it except for Jessica.
It's still going into the Help Forum tomorrow, though.
