PckMePlz 4 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "American Cancer Society Spokesperson" 01-03-06, 12:23 PM (EST) "Survivor casting question" Hello all - I'm pretty new to posting on boards, but have been reading for a while. I'm a huge Survivor fan and know you guys usually have the inside scoop. My question is about casting. In all the Survivors I'm trying to think of how many people have either been from the same place or went to the same college. Of course the reason is, if they chose someone from Cincinnati, that went to University of Cinti. would they do it again? Can't wait to hear what you guys think! As to your question... As has happened already, cast members can be picked from the same area. (BJ and Ibrehim, for instance) However, I imagine the casting directors would try to make darn sure that none of the castmates actually know each other beforehand. Short version...yes. They can and do pick castmates from the same area. They just don't put them on the same season, usually.   Top
