EPMB has a show on two competing networks, isn't this a conflict of interest? Why is he allowed to do this.

The survivors aren't allowed to do spots on other stations are they?

This is actually very common in Hollywood. Over the years, quite a few producers have had shows on three -- even four -- networks.

The studios also have shows on rival networks. Warner studios has shows on many other networks, not just The WB. Paramount has shows on a number of networks, not just UPN. Etc etc.
