I love cookies. When I'm stressed, or sad, or need a pick-me-up, I go for cookies. The best part about these room service cookies is that they were free. When I ordered them, the guy who took my call said that sometimes they accidentally overbake the cookies, so if he thought they were too crisp, he wouldn't charge me for them. When the food arrived, he said that the cookies were fine, but that he wasn't going to charge me for them anyway. He's my new best friend. I will also occasionally eat leftover pie for breakfast, but I rationalize that by thinking of it as a "concentrated donut."

I still need to work on my hips a little. I also bought a tankini. It's hard to order bottoms on line sometimes, so I'm trying to make them work.
I bought these (both in blue, which is not shown):
The bottoms are "scoop" bottoms, which I haven't worn since my pre-preggy days. I have two weeks to make them work.

All interchangable, in various solid and prints in brown and aqua. One top is a tankini top. They look adorable and I love that I can mix and match them. Here's photos of what I got. I had chicken vegetable potstickers yesterday. They were from Sam's Club and had packets of sauce with them. Mmmmm! Today I ate: fresh bing cherries, almonds and a few whole grain crackers for breakfast. It was tasty and the almonds are supposed to lower your cholesterol. For lunch I had a small piece of a leftover cheeseburger, minus the roll, and a hot dog with mustard and onions. I also ate some sour gummy worms. For dinner, we are having one of those self rising pizzas, baked at home.

I think you usually find these in Chinese restaurants, but I've had them at TGIF and at Cheesecake Factory. The only way I can really describe it is to basically fry a wonton and then dip it in a plum sauce or maybe duck sauce. I think I've only had plum sauce.

So far:1/2 cup of coffee One cup of Dannon Light and Fit Blueberry Yougurt with half cup of dried oatmeal mixed in. 40 oz of water. On tap: More water. Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese. Later on: Several cocktails when my best friend gets here. For dinner: Grilled Marinated Filet Mignon Grilled summer squash and zucchini Potatoes cooked in tinfoil on the grilled with melted cheddar cheese. Now you can really envy me.

My wonderful wife made me ham and macaroni and cheese, with homemade brownies for dessert. Of course she topped it all of with a hand cut heart that says 'I Love You'. Can't eat it but it definitely made a great lunch even better.

1 serving Total Fage 0% fat yogurt (best. yogurt. ever!)
about 25 raspberries. Not sure what lunch will be, or if lunch will be. I have to leave the office at 2 p.m. for a job interview, so, being nervous, will probably just have a stick of gum on my way over. I do have a microwavable lipton chicken noodle soup here, but not sure if I want soup on a 90 degree day. Dinner will be chipotle salmon (pre-cooked from whole foods) and broccoli. I'm looking a little chubby in my bikini, and need to step up the workouts and healthy eating. J.Crew has an adorable seersucker halter top/scoop bottom set that I intend to order as soon as I drop 5 pounds.

Breakfast: McDonald's sausage McMuffin with eggLunch: pre-prepared Chinese chicken salad from my local market. It was delicious. I also have an Odwalla lemonade to look forward to this afternoon. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmahhhh.

Breakfast was cereal and blueberries.
Lunch was sushi and california rolls.
Then we had ice cream cake to celebrate a birthday.
For dinner I've been promised pasta with tasty bits and moderately decadent dessert. 
I'd better jump on the bike tonight. Sheesh...I never have two desserts in one day.

Worked today--hoooouuuuuurrrss. Usually I eat really well. Today? Welll--not so good. Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with ketchup (yes, ketchup -- I can't eat eggs without it! Dunno why.)
2 slices white toast.
around 1/4 cup of potato cakes
2 slices bacon
1 small apple juice 8 1/2 hours later: Snack: 1 bag of trail mix from the hospital vending machine about 8 1/2 hours after breakfast, and the way out to help load a patient into the ambulance. a bottle of water 3 hershey's kisses that nurses and physicians handed to me while standing in the hallway, and was waiting for a patient to be done with X-rays. (Three separate "have a kiss" incidents. Unusual.) a small Snickers bar that a patient insisted she give me (and the rest of the duty crew)on the way out of her residence. a Raspberry yogurt medium coffee around 8 p.m. now I'm tired AND wired! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I bought a bag of fruit on my way home to have for tomorrow. (It's illegal to eat in an ambulance. OSHA forbids it. That makes it hard to eat correctly during busy shift days. It sucks.)
