I received an email from RJRabbit a while back indicating she had received her shirt and was sending hers, but her recipient never received, and my efforts to reach her have not panned out. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess Starshine.My biggest clue was:
"I'm not sure if we have any local t-shirts beyond My Grandmother went to Windsor and all I got was this lousy t-shirt." (Anonymous OT poster – 05-16-11) I’m not suggesting Starshine could be my Grandmother or that it was a lousy t-shirt, it was actually very nice. And not just one t-shirt but two! The other is a map of the London subway system, also really cool. And I’ve even worn both shirts. Mrs. Frank was very pleased to see me in something other than a Harley t-shirt. She thanks you too. Hope to post pictures soon. AND, as if that wasn’t enough, I also received some very delicious chocolate which was put to good use rather quickly. (No pictures of that! ) I guess I’ve been a good boy this year.
Shake head back and forth quickly to see the Bob motorcycle z000m!!
Without music to decorate it, time is just a bunch of boring production deadlines or dates by which bills must be paid.

Yup, I'm the one who sent it.The Kinsey Institute is just down the street from where I work and they have a lot of exhibits/seminars that they publicize. I've been to some of the exhibits and occasionally check out their web site on what's going on. They're a positive force in promoting sexual understanding and information in this day and age. It turns out your shirt, kidflash, carries the KI mission statement (so there's your explanation). It also turns out that's the only shirt they've got except the shirts with the Kinsey scale (0-6, if I remember correctly) that are fairly popular on campus here.

After incorrectly guessing someone that wasn't even in the tshirt exchange, I'm guessing it's kidflash!I refused to use the return address as a clue, so ignored it. The New York location of the 5 Burro Cafe was my first clue.
I ticked through those I knew in NY, or those that I thought may have recently visited. I then looked at the website http://www.5burrocafe.com/ and thought this looked like a locals kind of joint. I then perused the menu and drooled. Lobster fajitas? Stuffed jalapenos? Yes, please! I then decided I'd make a date with my sender next time I'm in the NYC area. My new peep-meet desire: kidflash! If I'm correct, thank you!

You are correct, but I am curious how you figured me out. Since I was your Secret Santa and might have remembered my address, I tried to be sneaky and sent from Detroit when there on a business trip. Did you google Coboconk and figure me out as a cottager??I hope you like the shirt. I am more cottage than city, so sending that shirt (which I thought was pretty good looking) was more representative of the sender!! *smooch*
You almost got a home-made shirt with a Toronto Blue Jay... on a stick!!

I think that's now everyone!I received a great shirt from a Mister Mints... much appreciated! It's a grey chillin' Venice Beach shirt with names of other nearby beaches (including Santa Monica, where my grandparents live) surrounding the Venice Beach insignia. I was just telling Fooner that the first time I went to California (back when I was 16), I went to the Santa Monica Pier on my first day there, and then we eventually made our way to, yes, Venice Beach. So I thought it was rather fitting that Fooner picked a design from there. Thanks Fooner - sorry you ended up having to send a second shirt. Not long after that, a surprise came in the mail, and it was a shirt from my original intended gifter. Much appreciated, rjrabbit! It's a white Season of Seafair 2011 shirt from Lake Washington, commemorating an event that took place from Aug. 5 to 7 of this year. A very nice stylish print on the back.
