kyngsladye 2921 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Howard Stern Show Guest" 12-01-02, 06:08 PM (EST) "Finally" LAST EDITED ON 12-01-02 AT 06:09 PM (EST) ******* *hee hee* Finally, the little one has been allowed to come out. After falling at work and causing herself to go into labor 4 months ago, my sister-in-law took I don't know how many shots to stop her labor. Then, she started swelling around her due date and the doctors dilly-dallied around. After being 2 weeks over due (swollen, leaking fluid with no mucus plug, and having contractions) they decided to take the baby on Friday. Now my sister-in-law has major blood clots (gee, don't know how she would have gotten those things). *laughs* And we'd like to thank the doctor who told her he wouldn't give her any pain medicine until she couldn't walk because the contractions were so bad. She found out today that they "forgot" to take out the catheter that was stuck in her back (she couldn't figure out why she couldn't feel 1/2 her body). Luckily, this is her 3rd kid and she won't have to endure any more childbirth horror. Nov. 29, 2002 19 inches 8 lbs. (she gained 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks) | *Why do they put bows on babies' heads??????*   Top

"RE: Finally" *hee hee* She's just like both my nephews...they both popped out as butterballs, but are now thin as fence posts. And we'll see if this one ends up looking like me also. *laughs* It's a big joke on my SIL's side of the family that her children don't look like her or my brother. My oldest nephew is adopted by my brother and it was a big deal when he was a toddler, because everyone thought he looked sooooo much like his auntie. Then, we got little bubby and he looks exactly like me when I was little. |   Top

Sorry your sis had to endure so much through the birth-but isn't it amazing how quickly the birthing pain is forgotten, like as soon as you hold your baby for the first time. I got a call this AM that my stepdaughter lost her plug, so it should only be a few more days!! Dr. says he won't let her go any more than 2 weeks before he induces. WooHoo for babies!   Top
