Holy cow! I painted for about 6 hours today. Just for about entrance area and hallway/stairs. I am so effing sore right now. My smaller kids are at my mother's house until tonight. I am taking my older kids to Wendy's restaurant for dinner. After dinner, my daughter Peppy wants to help painting. I will give her a chance because I am about to give up! *grin* Pepe and I have to put our townhouse on the market within a week or so. There is a competition in the neighbourhood which is no fun. Other townhouse is on the market since Pippy's birthday (January 13) and other townhouse was sold within 2 weeks after other is on market. I think that they are asking too much price. I am hoping that they sell their home before we do so that they would not have any hard feeling toward me and Pepe. Oh well. Do I deserve this? oy, I am sore. I wanna Spa! pamper service or something like that! ah....

*rubs Pene's shoulders*I'm staring at a lot of painting myself, since we also want to sell this year. Gack. Too bad you're too far from where we'd be headed, or I'd ask to look at your place.  I think we might be in the market for a townhouse condo. Yes, I know condo fees suck, but we wouldn't have to do the outside maintenance, which always cheeses DH off.

If there is another townhouse for sale in your area, check it out. Make your place look more appealing (the painting will help). If yours is priced the same and looks better, then it will sell faster, and maybe even for more money!
