it was refreshing to see someone not prepared to do anything to further himself in the game.Win or lose james should be right up their with rupert for playing the game and keeping true to their morals. He wants to win fair or not at all

If you are looking for a response you probably want to check out the East Coast Spoiler Thread on the Spoiler forum. That is where everyone usually posts until the show has aired across the country.

My respect for James decreases every show. He should have been voted off last night. They messed up big time.

My respect for James INCREASED last nite. I was already impressed after the segment with him and the lunch lady... "If I were 10 years older or she was 10 years younger.." I thought that was sweet. Then, when he showed his true warrior side and blasted the giggle-twins for throwing the challenge, he elevated even more.ROOTING FOR JAMES!!

If you are not prepared to do what you need to do to further yourself in the game then why are you there??? It is after all a game, not real life. James wouldn’t have thrown the challenge because he is competitive and wants to win – not because he has more morals than the other players. And frankly, I see nothing immoral or unfair about throwing a challenge in a game.

Either way a person wants to spin it both Peih Gee/Jamie and James could be seen as right or wrong. One could argue that challenges are meant to try hard in, to win. Therefore James would be seen as in the right. However, one could easily say that tribe loyalty is more important which makes Peih Gee/Jaime right and James wrong for assisting the oppossing tribe in winning the challenge against his original. Peih Gee and Jamie did what they felt needed to be done. They clearly both want to win and know that it can be hard to do anything with low tribe numbers during merge. They felt that they were right to save two of their tribe mates who were no longer officially part of their tribe. To be honest, it's not a bad idea...it's the execution that matters...and honestly the giggling and obiviousness of the whole ordeal could be the boot to kick them in the tush or it could possibly have no affect at all.

>However, one could easily >say that tribe loyalty is >more important which makes Peih >Gee/Jaime right and James wrong >for assisting the oppossing tribe >in winning the challenge against >his original. > >Sorry but this makes no sense at all. Why would James purposely lose to help his original tribe? It would just result in either he or Aaron getting voted off, the latter of which happenned. Strategy-wise the two girls did right in throwing the challeng. What they did wrong was the laughing about it. That was not cool!
