We also see Jonathan with a big gash on his leg getting some kind of fluid extracted from his knee with a syringe while Eliza in confessional tells us that he could lose his leg. Well, it looks like the next person leaving the island will do so not via Tribal Council, but by Med-evac and it looks like it's going to be Jonathan.
