I have attempted to access the forums on NBC.com with no success, as it only redirects to a generic listing of shows.This post is what I wanted to let NBC know about America's Got Talent. During the finals last year, I noticed that the volume levels for performers with prerecorded background music - singers, dancers, and magic acts alike - the background music was set at about 5 on a scale of 1-10, with the singers being set to 9. The exact same thing is happening this year. The singer's microphones, the Judges, and Nick's mic are all set to a solid level 9, but any time there is background music, it is always so low that we have a hard time figuring out what the dancers are dancing to and what the singers are singing to... The judges talk about experiencing a "WOW" moment and the "WOW Factor" but with the background music maxing out at level 4 and the microphones at level 9, it's very disappointing. We viewers at home are unimpressed and constantly wondering what the heck the audience is cheering about.
