At the end of the show Regis mentions all these talents that made it through to the next round, however, we didn't have enough time to see them. Why not? Did we need to see the bouncing Yoga guy? He wasn't even funny in a sad way. Or what about the guy having sex with his blow up dummy? Did my 7 yo daughter need to see that? Did I need to see that? C'mon, isn't there some type of screening process? 2. If two out of the three "judges" Buzz the contestants, do we really need to ask their opinion as to whether or not they should go through to the next round? You buzzed them! You vote no! Move this show along and maybe we can see some more of the really talented people. Chuck Barris never asked for a second opinion after someone was Gonged. 4. Does Brandie have her own opinion or is she the Paula Abdul of this show? She always asks David and the British guy their opinion before offering her own. I guess she doesn't want to look like a big meanie to the contestants. 3. David Hasselhof? **Boggle** David Hasselhof? I did think the 11-yo yodeler was amazing, just like the little girl from last week that sang so well. There really are some talented people out there. I understand that they are trying to bring some comedy to the show also but c'mon, isn't David H. enough comedic relief? ETSay, Yes, I know I've mis-numbered my comments. So what. Sue me. Let me tell you, watching every episode won't give you much insight. The rules change minute-by-minute. Kind of like Unan1mous. We may be witnessing an evolutionary step in reality shows - what we told you five minutes ago means nothing now. Just ask Leonid the Magnificent. 1. They've done this every week. Apparently, they don't want you to see all of the good acts in the first round. It seems to work for AI to the extent that viewers want to come back and see new people that weren't promoted in the first round. The problem with this is that some good contestants who we saw get an unfair advantage over those who were also good but not promoted in the first round. I say we boycott anyone we've seen twice in the first round of voting. BTW, yes you did need to see Flippy and his doll. It's a character-building thing. 2. Buzzing means nothing. I was totally surprised by this IDOL copy cat, but it has a voteoff and all the behind the scenes and quite frankly the girls and guys inthe house (YES< THEY LIVE TOGETHER) are HOT. UGH, I love Aubrey. Look it up on the website and check it out on Tuesday. beer guzzlnig guys from chicago might be lonely after you get hooked on THE ONE.
