All is good, and all is fair, except I do feel bad for Kayne.

He really WAS a nice guy, and a ray of sunshine!

I'm so glad that Vincent didn't win that challange, I was pretty sure both he and Angela would tank, but it was nerve wracking.

I'm so happy Laura finally won a challange, she has done a lot of good work and deserves a little recognition, and I did think her dress was adorable. I'd buy that once I get a few more pounds off and could carry it off.

I gotta go download Tim's Podcast, he seemed so happy Vincent was gone I want to hear what he says now that he was back for another challange. I hope he has some more info on Jia, they didn't say much on the show, but she was hurt pretty bad from the reports that surfaced a little while ago about her (see the Dirt thread)

So they brought back BOTH of the crazy people? At least now they are gone for good. (although I thought Angela's dress wasn't too bad (not in the top three, though)).

The good news? Laura won! I adored her dress, and would totally wear it. Michael's white dress was very nice, but not my style. And he was so sweet with Kayne, trying to politely say that his dress maybe looks like something a "working girl" would wear.

Speaking of dresses working girls would wear (I'm looking at your dress, Jeffrey). Dang! Now that dress should questionable taste, but poor Kayne gets auf'ed instead.

Vincent's dress was just as awful as Jeffrey's, and Uli's dress was just plain weird. M. Kors making fun of her was funny though - seriously, is she from the tropical part of Germany? She is always going on about loving the hot.

Final comment - Zac Posen is SO cute!!

Fishwoman ~

Even though Vincent mostly fell short throughout the season, I have a soft spot for him. Angela on the other hand has a real problem with proportion and her ideas are all over the place. Her designs looked schizophrenic to my eye. I loved Jeffreys garment but I think it would have been better without the leggings although the rules of this particular challenge prevented him from doing much else.

You thought Uli's dress was weird? I found it very cute. Modern-hippie, if you will.

Since this is kind of a discussion of last night's show, my only comment is...
"What in the hell was Angela wearing?" From clothing to accessories, it was atrocious! She must be making her own clothes because they are awful. So glad we won't have to see any more of that!

Totally agree with you there. It hurt my eyes. Glad she is gone, gone, gone.

why the HECK did they bring back those 2 rejects? Laura was right...Angela's win was a group win, not a solo win.

What about Alison and Robert? Even Bradley eeked out a win...why don't THEY get a chance to come back? Why bring the 2 weakest winners back? I think Alison deisgned sooooo much better than Angela.

The condition was that the returns each won a challenge. Though Robert & Allison were more likable, neither of them won a challenge.

But bringing poor clueless Angela back was like rubbing salt into the wound. A Vampira collar? And what was that nasty black shiny fabric? A nice woman but I wouldn't let her design my diaper.

I DID NOT like Laura's dress.

Michael should have won this challenge; he's back on familiar design ground again.

IMO they only kept these two on the show in the first place b/c they ARE crazy and crazy people are good for ratings. They HAD to cut them eventually; their designs were distasters! I think this was a way for the producers to "keep" them on the show longer without having to sacrifice any more decent designers.

Yeah, but at least we got the fun of seeing them AUFED twice! What really made me nauseous was Vincent's final comment: "I've been making beauftiful music all along, there's no doubt . . . It's a gift." Vincent, the "gift" was seeing the back of you!

7. "RE: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"
That was a complete nonstarter "twist." And it sounded like Heidi was pulling the logic out of her (well-toned, I'm sure) arse. "We decided at the beginning that we would bring team leaders back if they won." At first I thought maybe they were trying to extend Kayne's run by a week, but since they bounced him, too, what was the point of that? I was as nearly as frustrated, if not as hormonal, as Laura over that.

And I LVOED her dress. LVOED it.

Loved loved loved Laura's dress. Way to go to be pregnant, have your ego crushed about the other previous challenge and rise up from the ashes!!
Fantastic style!

Not for nothing but those two never had a chance!! They were repeatively told each week how much their designs did not work with a fluke win for both. And like laura said Angela should of not been there beccause it was a team win.

Laura's ego wasn't crushed about those challenges.

Don't pregnant women go on crying jags and stuff like that? It was her Ho-mones. They was making that "ho moan" about anything and the challenges were the most likely source of her emotional mood swings.

i liked laura at first. then as the challenges came along, her true colors hit the show.

all of her outfits look alike. she appears to be designing for the AARP crowd. and it all looks alike.

what ticked me off was her comments to angela about how angela shouldnt be allowed to come back, as her win was a team challenge. did she forget that her sketches didnt get the approval of the macy's guy, therefore she had to be a follower, not a leader.

her true personality is coming out. her comments to cain and steve were unnecessary. they didnt ask for her advice yet she continued scorning them.

did anyone notice this last challenge that when they toasted with champagne, laura joined in with what looked like a glass of champagne. was it champagne or ginger ale?

i didnt think pregnant women should be drinking.

They would most likely have something non-alcoholic for her, and for Jeffery, his glass appeared to just have water though.
