I sympathize with those of you complaining about having to look at Laura's non-existant cleavage -- yes, it's pretty gruesome, but it's a couple of clicks better than Jeff's neck tattoos (Desperate Attention Seeking Whore, indeed!). Both are talented -- Laura is classy and predictable; Jeff is class-less and unpredictable. So they will cancel each other out. Kayne will get bumped because he can't do street clothes, but he'll get a fabulous boost to his career designing gowns. Robert is sweet, but he'll fall on his sword because he can't conceive of women as other-than-Barbie. Vincent and Angela have only lasted this long because of their value as comic relief -- they'll be gone before things get serious. So that leaves Michael and Uli. Both are amazingly creative and meticulous in their work, and neither of them makes time for the reality-show hunger for sound-bites. I don't know who'll win, but they'll be in the top three -- it'll be interesting to see who else makes it.

Michael and Uli are pretty much locks for the finals, so who will be the dark horse in the final race?Kayne-well, Austin got fourth. But Kayne isn't quite as limited as Austin. Jeffrey-Santino got third, so maybe he will too, but why waste the space--doesn't seem to be a real contender. Laura-she's consistent but needs more variety to make finals. Angela-she'd be quite the super dark horse, but she's shown improvement. She'd be a big surprise, but I could see it. Vincent-good lord, why is crappy Vincent still here? My ex esposa came over for a rerun marathon yesterday, and she thinks Jeffrey is the worst, followed by Angela, followed by Vincent. And she liked Laura the best.

They're great designers, but they're also good people.
As the show progressses, I am beginning to really be disgusted by Laura. She's stiff and snarky. I nearly fell off my chair when she was talking about her baby: "I'll just throw it on the pile." Ugh! What a b!tch. Looking at her cold fish of a mother, I can see where she got it. Jeff's a mess - a classic dry drunk. He needs to learn how to behave like an adult. Shame on him for being so cruel to Angela's sad-sack mom, and shame on Jeffrey's mother for defending his rude, childish behavior. Angela and Vincent are just waiting their turn to get the boot.

Michael and Uli because of the previous reasons. Laura will be the third. She's a ##### but her work is great. There are a lot of women who strive to be like her, cleavage and all. The reverseable dress was her nod to those "other" women, the ones who actually care about something other than themselves. Most of Jeff's designs aren't flattering to the female form. He seems angry and more than just a bit of a mysogynist. His tattoos are probably not the best way to present himself as a fashion designer, even in a field known for indulging personal eccentricity. They convey a tone of something unsettling... Vincent's terminally creative in a non-esthetic, non-productive way. His lack of ability to focus in a meaningful way would make for such a waste of the prize, should the judges lose their minds and select him. Angela is a non-issue. Kayne will have to show more diversity and quickly. He COULD bump Laura out of third.

Well, I'll give you Michael for sure.As for the rest of the final 3? Laura should, definitely, be in the final three. Her stuff is classic and classy. And her tailoring is the best of the entire bunch. No one else comes close on a consistent basis. Last of the final 3? Hard one, because I don't think any of the rest of them are very good at all. Uli, I guess, because of how inventive she is with prints. But all of her stuff is floaty, flowing stuff that I wouldn't be caught dead in. She did great in the typical woman challenge, but that's not really what they're looking for on this show. Couture, she is not.

Michael, not Laura did the reversable dress. So far, everyone I've asked would not wear a reversable dress. All are looking for an unique, sort of motorcycle style jacket that we could wear and feel fine as we approach 40. Can we order a challenge ? I'll take mine in gray.

For final 3 definitely Michael. His designs are great and so is the presentation. I loved the Foxxy Brown hot pants and coffee filter dress.2nd spot would go to Laura. She is classic and classy. I would wear her clothes. They always look expensive and they are so well made. And last for me would be Vincent. I know everybody here thinks he is a nutjob and he may be but I actually like his designs. I have liked all of his designs except that hideous looking hat he made in the first episode and those outer space sleeves from the beauty queen challenge. But aside from the hat and the sleeves the dresses were very nice. For me, these 3 are consistent. None of them has had a bad week yet. Jeffrey is too far out there for me to take him serious. Everything Uli makes looks the same and I don't think Kayne has the range necessary to make it to final 3. And everything that Angela makes is just plain ugly.

WOW! What a let down KAYNE was! He was an early fave of mine, but was awful the last two weeks. Guess he fooled me! Oh well.... I'm still stricking with ULI and MICHAEL in either order for the final two.

Add me to the Michael fan club. Great design, meticulous planning, perfect fit, imagination and an incredibly decent guy too. If he can end Angela's stint on the show with nothing but compliments, you know his mom raised him right. If God isn't drunk at Fashion Week, he should win Season 3.I think Uli is also on her way to F3. She was a little stunned to hear Michael and Nina's criticism of her jet-set dress, so we'll see if her signature style gets a new flourish. I'm torn between Jeffery and Laura for last F3 spot. Jeffery is an innovative, flashy designer and Laura is classic. Both have very distinct points of view, but which style choice is preferable? I like elements of both, but am quite annoyed with Laura's underdesigning and Jeffery's overdesigning. When it comes to personality, Laura gets the invite to dinner at my place. We can gossip about what a jerk Jeffery is despite some of his great one-liners. Kayne is history soon, but with the making of Miss USA's dress, he'll be on the speed-dial of every stage mom in the U.S. and Canada. Vincent? What the heck? Why is he still on this show? Ugh! Gross! Blech!

Hi SydneyRain.I think the top three will be: Michael, Jeffery, and Uli. I like Michael's and Uli's work the best, but I can see that Jeffery has a couture edge to him, jerk that he is. Laura is too same old, same old. "Today I designed a white gunny sack dress with a plunging neckline." "Today I designed a long black dress with a plunging neckline, but I added - wait for it - ruffles!!" Jeffery's obnoxious attitude guarantees him a place in the finals, because Bravo wants d-r-a-m-a during Fashion Week. Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

Major giggles here, Chatt! But having the final FOUR was a great solution -- both fashion-wise and TV-drama-wise. Can't wait to see the results!

Four way tedium is what it will be. The only hope is Michael will stick to sportswear designs. Even with additional time and a larger budget, he might want to steer clear of evening wear. Michael should win in terms of versatility alone.

Having a final four is a great idea because last year the two men who were expected to win did poorly, which left us with a winning designer who presented a less than spectacular collection of clothing. With four designers to choose from, there is a greater chance that at least one of them will produce an excellent collection. Michael could not be considered versatile if all that he can do well is design sportswear.

I write "versatility" because the sportswear market is HUGE! What is Michael Kors if not a sportswear designer? Special occasion dressing (Laura) or alternative/rocker (Jeffrey) and even resort wear (Uli) have more limited markets, depending on age, climate, locale, or occasion.

Pre-cisely! I've got just two words for all the people who are complaining that Laura, Uli and even Michael (and Kayne, going back a bit) are "one note" -- VERA WANG. Can she do sportswear? Probably. Does she? No, she's too busy making tons of money on what she does best. But when you see one of her gowns, you KNOW it's a Vera Wang. I get impatient when the judges keep looking for more variety (and I think that's what led both Michael and Jeffrey to go outside their comfort zone on the final challenge). If you know what your style is and keep striving to make it better, in fashion or in anything, what's wrong with that? I say go for it -- there's a great big runway out there with room for everyone . . . except maybe Vincent!
