PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

How incredibly frustrating. Elsie tried to do right by her team by not admitting they alienated her, but she should have thought of herself. She should have been selfish like the other 3. Out of the 3 remaining, based on their attitude with teamwork, I don't care who wins their own restaurant, I think as human beings, they all suck. Jealousy is such an evil thing!! I will not watch the rest of the show. I watch a lot of reality t.v. and I think to own your own restaurant you have to know what teamwork means. You may be the owner, but without the rest of your team, you are nobody. You cannot run a kitchen alone. I work at a culinary school and I just hope the students at our school realize just how important teamwork really is.

As a chef myself I would say: Yes, it is every man for himself in this show. Communication is important, but so is doing your own position. If one fails the others will fail slowly along with her. And since they all aren't going to be around to help each other all the time I would say - if I were to choose one of them to run my kitchen in my restaurant, I would choose the older guy. The other 2 are still very good kitchen help. And Elsie could easily get a job as a chef in a lower key restaurant, a little less busy, less pressure. She has made some tasty dishes. You need someone to get the job done, and that can handle pressure. I don't think they suck as humans, I think they are competing for the prize, and we know how ruthless others can be when they are competing. I say good luck to the winner ! I will continue to watch the show. Chef Ramsey knows what he is looking for !
