myhero 6 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "American Cancer Society Spokesperson" 07-17-05, 08:22 AM (EST) "Ramsey" Ok, I have to admit, I do watch this show and yes I am a realty TV Junkie. This is not my favorite but not my worst. I have to say that Ramsey is very over the top and the show really shows that none of the contestants really have any spine. Granted, they are trying to win but come on!!! No matter what the prize was, I can not see myself letting someone treat me this way. People with any pride whatsoever would not. This is a slap in the face to the military if this is what people compare it to. This is not the military, this is cooking. "RE: Ramsey" There was an article in my local paper with one of the chefs in our area, and he said that he apprenticed under a guy who was even worse than Ramsey. "RE: Ramsey" So true - I worked in the restaurant industry while in University - there are a great many chef's who act as bad, if not worse than Ramsey. They have very high standards and believe their reputation is on the line with every dish that is served.
