I didn't do more than send meals out at the pass. I thought it was understood that since *you* were in charge of the menus, you were also in charge of the *quality*. In fact, you should always be paying attention to quality. It simply DOESN'T MATTER how busy you are. If you ##### the food up, you will be that much busier. Corey, Christina: well done. Who would have thought after the first week of Christina whining that Corey was a meanie that you two would work so well together. Bobby: UTR this week. Again. Petrozza: You know why I asked you to send someone home, don't you? If you want to be in charge of a kitchen, you have to be able to make the hard decisions. Matt: you're on borrowed time. Stop pissing me off or you'll be out next time. Mark me. Jen. Divisive. You're just so horribly divisive. Petrozza is astute. You don't, in fact, know everything. And such rank hypocrisy! You screwed up the sauces on 2 dishes and lost your team the challenge. When Louross screwed up the last challenge, you wouldn't let him or anyone else forget it, but when it's you, everyone just needs to get over it? Bollocks. Louross: let me just make a few more short jokes. It makes me look infantile, and yet I insist on doing this kind of thing. Luckily, only Simon Cowell has to deal with fallout from saying that kind of thing. I really like your "focussed" look, but you just screwed up too much. Please keep the game in the game thread. And I especially liked driving that fancy convertable. niiiiiiiiiicccccccee. I know all of you enjoyed seeing me in short pants and that open shirt------- come on --- admit it----- "I'm too sexy for my shirt" and I know it. I have no idea who is going to be capable to pulling this off and actually running a real restaurant. Thank goodness, I always know where these people go off to after HK, so I know where not to dine.
