Split, again, into boys vs. girls and we get to hear, again, from Julia that she is rooting for Rock. She says she'll do whatever she's told to do, but Rock deserves to win.
Vinnie is only worried that he's never cooked his menu before. Bonnie has a menu. One that she hasn't tried and that she doesn't have recipes for. But, she's lying on the couch instead of trying them or creating the menu. I think she has a reason to worry.

I missed last weeks show , and was out of the room for tonights beginning... but I could hear voices in the background. Was that Julia sounding mighty crabby to be there? I thought she'd be the only one with some gratitude to HK.

Yeah. Other chefs will be more than happy to hire someone that they've seen supporting someone other than their boss. I forsee issues for Julia in the culinary school Chef sends her to if anyone else there actually watched the show.

Bonnie's menu is light and dainty. Her restaurant is classy yet relaxed. Chef likes the restaurant (particularly the hardwood floors) and only says her dessert (a dipped strawberry and truffle) is too small.
Rock's menu is robust and hearty. His restaurant is classy. Chef likes his restaurant (particularly that he's not putting any salt or pepper on the table). He tells Rock one dish is overspiced and his dessert (a shake & cookies) is too big.

She took responsibility for the mistake she made. She has one person in her kitchen that actively did NOT want her to win and was carrying a grudge about her even being there. She's shown that she can cook, AND run a kitchen.
Rock has a nasty temper. The only mistake he owned up to was having picked Josh (which might be true, but not very nice to say about someone who did their best to get you through the service). At least he wasn't dealing with someone who was carrying a grudge and came into the competition saying they didn't want him to win.
That said? Yes. In many respects Bonnie is as dumb as a box of rocks. *smooch*
