I don't get the deal with the risotto either. Even I can make risotto. It's a timing issue and it does have to be stirred constantly and checked constantly for doneness. If it's not done, you keep adding liquid and stirring.
I have to say that I hate it when he calls people donkeys and cows. But this is my first season watching...

I know.....my hubby and I couldn't believe someone would choose Hell's Kitchen for their reception! Haven't they ever seen the show before?
