katiekate 1 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "American Cancer Society Spokesperson" 11-02-05, 09:50 PM (EST) "outraged" I am OUTRAGED after watching the premier of Trading Spouses. I am a strong Christian woman, and that "Christian" woman gave those who follow Christ a bad name. Jesus taught to love each other...no one would be able to see the love of Christ in that woman or in her cold and rude friends. I have never seen anyone so self righteous. God forgive her.   Top

Unfortunately, and lord forgive me for saying this, but when christians behave in the manner she did it makes it harder for those of us who aren't close minded fanatical bible thumpers to be a witness because people automatically assume that we are all like that. I hope she has the opportunity to read this...maybe God was "testing" her as she stated. Isn't it possible that God was giving her an oppurtunity to be a good witness? If she would have just relaxed and received them as having different beliefs and then taken the time to show them her beliefs in a loving "christian" manner, maybe she would have broken through to them and passed her spiritual test. Jesus was love...all giving...never aggressive or threatening. OH...and her daughter (brooke?) her soul hurts. She isn't here to be ordered around!! Sorry so long...I've never been good at the short and sweet thing.   Top

"RE: outraged" and people like her are why I choose to be agnostic and borderline atheist. Did you see how rude she was to the other family?? Are you saying that was okay?? I am sorry; but Christians are the most morally judgemental people I have ever met. They go to church to gossip and be catty and judge other people. Her friends were nothing new.katiekate, I am not bashing you; but I sick and tired of Christians think they are superior to everyone and if you have a differant faith, You are a devil worshipper. Not true. When I saw last night show, I thought "typical christain"; I apologize if this post offends anyone, But I am just fed up with this whole issue.   Top

She gave the rest of us "normal" christians a bad stigma to get over. She is clearly unbalanced and in my opinion she needs Jesus far worse then the family she traded with. For her to be on national TV and to act like a child was horrible, to embarrass her host family by walking out on the radio show in her fit of rage was awful to me. In my opinion she has very low self esteem and she should take some of the money she spends on her house and cars and get her teeth fixed, get her stomach stapled and find her self esteem again. Looking in her driveway there was a Jag and a higher end SUV and in reality they are living a high life in LA. The first words out of her mouth when she met the kids was "PLEASE don't be scared I promise you will like me" how much of a lie was that? I am a bigger southern Christian gal and I hate what she brought to the rest of us out there. Just my 2cents Kimber   Top
