volsfan 19846 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 04-10-04, 04:33 PM (EST) "No Major Plot Twist For Episode 7" Did anyone else notice that there were no major plot twist last night? We did not see the Granny Smith apple (except on the truth tree) and we saw it only once last week. No one got the boot last night either. I wonder if FOX is actually monitoring what people say about the show and are changing to try and please them? You think? Also, I have been thinking too much today and I don't want to start a new thresd so I will mention this here. I don't think FOX would have planted one gay male in the cast. If they had this type of thing in mind don't you think they would give the gay male someone to hook up with or at least have an option to hook up. From my gaydar, I think Wallace could be had in the right setting. However, do you think there is another gay male already on the cast? Do you think they will add others? But that's just my opinion and certainly doesn't mean diddly-squat in the long run. This show needed to give a little bit of time for us to get to know the characters. This was a good episode. We learned a lot about Wallace, Chris, Kassie, Brooke, Claudia, etc. I have definitely been to gay clubs and danced with a few straight men like that. (Most of them have girlfriends and are totally secure) They weren't bumping and grinding, just dancing close together. Wallace could be bi, he could also be just very secure. Then again, if he was secure, he wouldn't go sleep with Brooke just because. What was his plan anyway? To show the viewers that he wasn't gay? This way, no one knows what the deal is with him. And he may get two allies out of it if he plays it right. And I agree Managerr, we need time to get to know the characters. I missed this week's episode, but the posts have filled in the blanks. If you have the show on tape, go back and rewatch that segment of them dancing...the dance was very sexual! Anyways, Wallace may be straight but my gaydar is dinging BIG time! Even if he is trying to make people wonder about his sexual orientation, he would not have to sleep with Brook nor would he have to dance the way he did. Everyone is already speculating that he and Chris are a couple. Chris even said he didn't care that the people were thinking this. You must be kidding No, I am not kidding. As I have said before, we were not served the big green apple one time...that is what I am referring to about no plot twists. The first couple of shows it seemed like we would have one of the apple things every 15 mins. To me, that makes the show so unwatchable (to have that many twists). It is more interesting to let things play out instead of FOX taking the direction they think we would like it!
