I went and reread the original article, and I found one comment particularly amusing: "We learned some lessons from Paradise, " Darnell explained. "When you keep people in one place long enough, dysfunction and a little bit of dementia sets in. So it got us to thinking, how long can people stay (on a reality show)?" I hope that after it ... f a d e s a w a y , .... the producers trully learn their lesson and not attempt a similar P-Ho rip off again. LAST EDITED ON 04-02-04 AT 03:08 AM (EST) In the case of Mad Mad House, the rules are a little more stable, but do the players have control of the game? Not really ..... It's not so much the "stability" of the rules but more the ability of the players to have a say in their destiny that impresses me about shows like Survivor and The Apprentice. But to each their own.
